This is a great little park except for homeless tents once the weather starts warming up and the terrible mess they create and leave behind as they move around. Just the fact that they use the bush areas as they're toilet is disgusting. Many families with children and people with dogs stroll in the park, the tents take away the beauty and one does not feel the safest.

Third Avenue Park
Small park, only 1 bench and one picnic table. Some play equipment for small kids. Little league baseball diamond. A trail you could take all the way down to the bus station. Oh yes, a nice big hill for winter tobogganing or summer rolling. Used to play football on top of the hill but I don't see anyone doing that anymore. Too bad.
