Amanda has helped me SO much!! I am new to the Okanagan and looked a long time to find a non- traditional ‘twist and crack’ CHIRO that worked for me. A good friend had good results and only good to say, so I gave it a try… and am so glad I did! Now I drive from the south Okanagan to get my treatments!!I definitely recommend this place for chiropractic support!!

I hadn't been to a chiropractor in a couple years and my headaches were chronic. My massage therapist recommend Dr. Thompson. He was very thorough and explained everything, and I was finally able to find relief. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson.

After 30 plus years of working was having difficulties with my back and legs always in pain, started going to see Amanda at Health First Chiropratic. Only took a few visits to correct the issue, we ( my family and I keep going for general maintenance ). These guys rock, not only do they take care of your health they treat you like family, looking forward to our next visit.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Amanda Skeen. She is by far the best Chiropractor I have ever been too, and I’ve been to and worked with lots.(I’m a retired RMT). Both her and Marty have advanced training and employ different and effective techniques. Amanda is very generous with her care, and thoroughly checks and adjusts every vertebrae individually, which is outstanding! With my plethora of spinal issues I am so grateful I found her. The clinic is welcoming and very accommodating as well.

I had a back injury at work and could hardly walk after my shift. I called them after my shift and they got me in that same day.Dr. Marty Thompson gave me some relief that same day and my road to recovery has been amazing since seeing him!I have also had massages with Elisa Davis and she was amazing and gave me relief as well so the combination of both chiropractor and massage have truly impact my overall well being!I highly recommend them!!

Marty and Amanda are fantastic chiropractors! They take the time to get to know you and make you an individual treatment plan & goals. As with chiro there isn't a one size fits all plan..5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommend Health First
