From Karen's initial assessment & report, to the office staff who were quick to respond and accommodate, to the crew who came to the property and did a great job handling this hazardous tree safely. Jonathan was out today to look at the job. He was courteous, knowledgeable & discussed some pricing on sight not leaving me guessing. It was a good visit.

When my wife and I found out we had to cut down an ash tree we were concerned about how much it would cost and how it would impact our backyard. We contacted several companies and had several quotes. Royal City Tree Care was extremely competitive with their estimate. After speaking to Karen and Jonathan we decided to go with them. We are ultra impressed with their work and level of skill. They were meticulous with cutting the tree down and ensuring nothing in our backyard was damaged (such as our pool or deck or the fence against the tree). They also advised on what would be a good replacement based on the soil and our desire to have more light in the backyard. Royal City Tree Care would be my top choice again in the future when we require more tree work without a shadow of a doubt. We will be referring them to friends and family in the area that require work as well. Highly recommended if you want to ensure work is done in a timely, clean and safe manner. After a windstorm we had a large tree starting to split and in danger of falling over. Early Sunday morning I sent a request for a quote to Royal City and within 2 hours Jonathan called me back to set up an appointment and came over a half hour later! A few days later the crew came and removed the tree. Fantastic crew, very professional, very hard working, they did a great job! I highly recommend this company!

Impressive knowledge, competitive pricing and so much work done. We literally can not believe we have the same backyard. Our trees had become so overgrown ( in particular, a River Birch) ..the team arrived and were done in no time. The results are mind-blowing. Would refer and use again.

A baby Robin fell out of its nest in front of our home today. A Royal City Tree Care crew happened to be working next door and, after I explained the situation, they agreed to use their lift truck to return the bird to its nest. Adam came and saved my cat from a tree that was over 70ft tall and had been uo there for over 24hrs... when everyone else I had asked had turned me down or just wouldn't do it. I was desperate and made a public Facebook post, asking for help and someone got me connected with Adam and he came immediately. I'm so grateful and happy that he's one of the few that have a heart.This is the type of guy you want coming and working for you. I hired Royal City Tree Care and couldn't have been happier with the results. The guys were safe and professional. This was a huge tree and they removed every bit, and ground the stump out of the ground. Left me the wood that I wanted exactly where I wanted it. Great job! I had a fantastic experience with Royal City Tree Care from original quote to end of job. They removed 3 huge dead ash trees from my property that were wedged in between a shed and fence. Using their crane, they made it look easy and we’re done quickly and efficiently. They are very safety oriented. I highly recommend!
