Was in a tight spot and needed a quick turn around on a used door and glass window motor. The employees at Ontario Auto Salvage were beyond accommodating. Had the part on sight and immediately went to work, had me back on the road within an hour for an amazing price. Polite and professional staff, would highly recommend for fast and efficient work.

Customer service is unbelievably bad, they won't let u in to talk to them and if ur trying to inquire about anything, it's like your bothering them and they don't want u there. You can't ask questions and everything is also expensive. If you can STAY AWAY

I am impress with the service same day fix battery installed. Fastest Ive ever seen I was treated with Respect and the employees made sure I was happy with work provided great customer service. I highly recommened here for battery install and very affordable hands down.

Phoned the shop but sadly they could not access the part. Gentlemen on the phone was excellent. Very polite and thorough. Had a great feeling about them and would definitely do business with them in the future.

Sourced a part for me quickly at a good price, arrived next day at their shop in good, clean condition. All done with courteous service. No complaints at all, especially compared to other rude experiences at similar businesses. Would definitely recommend.

Responding per my last review, you weren't efficient with my part. I tried to talk with you and you barely had time to respond to my questions, you would answer me from far away, wouldn't let me in to talk to you and would only answer me with yes/no. I wasn't frustrated with the fact that you charged taxes because thats what our economy depends on, but rather i knew that banks and card companies charge you fees worth up to $30(because of the item i bought) if i payed by card, thus the reason for asking if i was to pay in cash resulting in less fees all around. In general you were very rude and didn't handle the situation in a professional manner.

Wow, I am so impressed with the service at Ontario Auto Salvage. Fabio that helped me, and even the other guys that answered the phone, are top notch at being considerate and kind and honestly have better customer service skills than most retail establishments these days! I had spoken to other wreckers and they did not compare. The tow truck contractor they sent was even beyond courteous and such a nice guy! Honestly so impressed and thankful for their services.

I called to inquire about a car part and was informed they had it in stock. I was told to pay over the phone because they couldn't guarantee the availability. I paid $113 but the next day, they called back saying the part was not available. I requested a refund and was told it was processed. Two months have passed and the refund has not been received, despite multiple lies from the company claiming it was. Do not waste your money on this unprofessional and unreliable service. Look for a reputable and trustworthy alternative.

Very accommodating location. Went to purchase and install a battery. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to accommodate me that day making it a convenient experience, let alone how fast they went to complete the job.My mothers car is still running so thank you to that. I highly recommend this parts place.
