Had my mothers car cleaned by Josh ...the 45.00 interior cleaning and he did an AWESOME job!! It looks like its brand new....Thanks so much!!! We recommend to everyone!!

My wife and I dropped in unannounced for something more than just a basic wash on our truck. The girls welcomed us with a smile and did a fantastic job! Great attention to detail! Will definitely be back when we are in the area again!

An overwhelmingly positive experience from when I first called this morning and spoke with Josh about my car needing to be detailed. He was so accommodating, saying if I left the car for the afternoon he would handle it while taking care of cars for the car wash. He and Tristan did an outstanding job cleaning my car, which was filthy. It literally looks like it rolled off the car lot. To top it off, they finished two hours earlier than they said. Their customer service was over the top. Highly recommend Dr. Huggs on Grand Island. Ask for Josh.

I had my car detailed and my interior/exterior has never looked better. I was an hour late for my appointment, the guy didn't make me reschedule although I thought they were going to have too. He instead worked hard to get my car detailed and it came out flawless. When I picked it up he still wanted to do a few things, but to me it was perfect! Ill definitely be going back! Great experience!

My car came out of Dr. Huggs car wash with the rear bumper half torn off by their side spinning brush. It had to be taken in to the collision shop because it was not driveable. When the incident initially happened, the manager refused to come out to address the situation for a few minutes because he was busy. He said to come by tomorrow or the next day while he hid out in his office the entire time. He sent his employee out for me to sign a waiver not holding them liable for any damages. No answer or return calls from manager. Sad that they seem to have a good reputation as people from other businesses on the island, but run their business like a bunch of scam artists would. I just hope another innocent patron doesn’t ever have to go through this.Edit: The manager finally reached out to me and we came to a resolution. He was apologetic for not getting back to me sooner or being able to come out at the time of incident and was able to remedy the situation in a very timely manner. Thank you Dr. Huggs. Just what I needed during a time like this lol.

They did a good job but for $200 I would expect them to not miss a lot of areas in the car for a full interior detail.
