L A Cabs Leduc

Easily the worst cab company in Leduc , wouldn’t be surprised if family and friends boosted the star rating . This is the third time this year I have called them and they no show and then say “our driver was there but you weren’t “. Once you tell them you’ve been standing there waiting and the driver never showed they get hostile on the phone and tell you to call someone else . Stood outside the front door for 35 minutes waiting on a cab and they say I wasn’t here .

Leduc hospital had called them to get my mother home to beaumont. Normally a metered taxi is 30 to 35 door to door. He demanded my 68 year old mother to pay 50 as he wanted to be paid both ways. It was also a shared ride. No meter. Don't bother with this scam

We used LA Cabs last night coming home from a St. Patrick’s Day party and our driver was fantastic! I highly recommend Viren Garg!Cindy

Got to us quickly. we used this company several times during our stay in town and everyone was so polite and kind! Plus they are definitely the better priced cab

We received outstanding friendly service from the gentleman who picked us up from EIA early this morning and took us to Leduc. . He was very polite, and helpful, with excellent customer service skills. The car was clean and we appreciated that it did not smell of cigarette smoke.

Driver will charge you for distance hrs drives to pick you up, not for your fare. Until they get meters I wouldn't use them. $30.00 for a 10 minute ride.

I called this company to book a cab for my mum and her sisters. For some reason another company called Easy Ride Taxi showed up and it was terrible. Not sure why the service got swapped. Scheduled a pick up for 4:45 AM to the airport for my mum and her sisters. He showed up at 4:30 and kept pestering them to hurry up because he was busy (the pick up was only 10 minutes from the airport). They said they called for 4:45 not 4:30 and he kept getting mad that they were running late because he’s so busy. Didn’t open the trunk for luggage, no assistance whatsoever. My aunt also has rheumatoid arthritis and he kept telling her to hurry up and get in. Terrible attitude the entire time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great experience, I don't usually take cabs cuz I have my own vehicle but it broke down and I need to get to my appointment. The dispatch lady was amazing very friendly like you were talking to a good friend. They were fast and the driver was really nice and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!
