Great place! Very helpful and nice people and great selection. They also sell a variety of Hemp and CBD oils for dogs that suffer from Pain and Anxiety. I highly recommend this place!

We have a pitbull who destroys every toy we buy within minutes, but the woman we met during the pitbulls for life fundraiser in stonyplain, she recommended Tuff Toys, can't even see a dent a month later.We recommend these if you have a strong chewing dog!Wayne ColwellSpruce Grove.

Great place with lots of local goodies. Prices are a bit high on some of their items, however the selection is decent. I did note their Spruce Grove store did have a smaller selection than the Stony Plain location which isn’t the biggest deal depending on what you went in for. The sales associate was very helpful, I told her it was my first time there & she gave me a package on what they sold as well as some info on some other stuff. Overall great store just a bit smaller than some stores. I don’t know that I would want to take my two large dogs inside without having to worry about knocking over a display or something along those lines.

Cali and Shay were so helpful and knowledgeable. If you love your pet, this is the place to find food that will keep them alive and healthy as long as possible.

Not sure why there was a one star review of this place...The staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.We are new pet owners, and its nice to have a local business that provides quality, safe products for our furry friends. They also have one of the better reward programs making it worth while to purchase more than just kibble there. We have purchased everything from chew toys, collars, quality local dog food and some amazing treats and training treats. Overall this place is awesome and the best pet supply option in my opinion.

Pretty disappointed with their customer service. I had my two big dogs booked in for grooming. I had made the appointment over a week prior. They called me the afternoon before and told me they had to cancel my appointment because the groomer was sick , which I get, people get sick.. there’s not much that can be done. The lady on the phone was super stand offish. When I asked if they could rebook me for a different appointment, she acted like me asking to check her schedule was an inconvenience, offered me a random Wednesday morning appointment for only one of my dogs . When I told her that Wednesday’s wouldn’t work for me because I work full time and would need a weekend ,she proceeded to tell me that “ I don’t think you’ll get a Saturday appointment anytime soon for both dogs” not even letting me know any dates.When I expressed my disappointment in the situation, her only response was “ well we don’t have a crystal ball and nothing can be done”I would have rebooked my dogs for later on if not for this woman’s attitude but I definitely will be going elsewhere now
