I do not recommend this company. I had a granite kitchen countertop replaced with a quartz this year. First, response was slow unless I followed up for updates. Second, tarty timing on install day: crew was scheduled for the morning but didn't show up until lunch time. I booked the morning off work for nothing. Third, no accountability and effort to remediate: approx. 6 inch long hairline crack appeared at the L corner of the quartz, just 4 months of installation. I reported immediately to the rep and also asked if someone could come and assess if the counter was installed properly - they declined and gave reasons of heat as the cause, and said their warranty covered workmanship (not cracks). They didn't assess in person but claim the crack was due to heat. A few days later, the crack was almost invisible. I let the rep know immediately and the response was the same (ie. heat issue) and no other explanation. I got separate contractors/builders to assess and their opinion was that the counter wasn't shimmed properly so it cracked, then settled (ie. the crack is there but it is being squeezed). There was no accountability, no offer to replace the piece of cracked quartz or cover the repair cost from this company. I can see the crack when enough dirt gets into it; a defect that I know is there in my brand new countertop that I paid.
