I waited 20 min in line for the lady in front of me to exchange a item ,while she was still looking in the store , usually any cashier would ring the next person stuff through but no she made me wait I had numerous items for my daughter the cashier was very ignorant and rude no customer service skills what’s so ever we left all the items and decided to go else were ........

It was good. There was only one trailer. They should have more then just one.

I am very disappointed I was going to some nose rings and I asks to be let into the case the one works opened it and then left to more some clothes around the store I lefted without buying anything because I was not served right

Hi, all I was a regular customer of Ardene till today but not again, as it was really disappointing experience today. I went to Ardene in Southland Mall, I almost bought a handbag, just out of my curiosity I asked the price and any discounts on it, the sales associate on the counter was calculating the money or something,, she replied wait in an extremely rude manner, however I waited for 10 mins or so, but she kept on doing. She didn't even care for my time. Then I left, will never visit their again.Its a suggestion to Ardene, can you please teach your employees how to behave with their customers politely.

I wanted to buy a pair of nose and ear rings but one of the works opened it and walked away. When we were going to buy a other thing. So I am not happy with this one! I don't think I will come back

It was not a good experience this time. I am a regular customer and I only visit this shop bcoz they have good collections. Today when I went there to return some item. Firstly there was no one on the counter, I waited for few minutes but no one showed up, I had to call out for her. She came and I was the first in line, when I told her I want to return this, she told me that can you please wait I will finish with the second person in line that was disrespectful but I said okay. I waited and after few minutes she started with my return. She was not at all friendly and asked me with attitude whats wrong with this. I told her I dont want it. Also when I purchased the product I asked the cashier that its okay if I could return a item removing the tag. She said thats okay but we generally not prefer. It was just one item whos tag was removed and the lady working there today was like “ why dont u read the bill”, she was wasting my time and I was running late for my job. I told her I will buy that item but do it faster. After everything she didnt even said a word like bye or have a good day. She wasted my money and time. Will never visit again.

Store clean and orderly. Well stocked. Staff pleasant and helpful.
