They said bring the truck in at 8:00 a.m. in the morning so I could have my windows fixed on the truck my wife called around noon that day on Friday they haven't even had the truck in the shop yet they said they wasn't going to have it done until later that day like around 5:00 6:00 that was going to work for me I had to go and find something place else I still haven't got my windows fixed yet well you tell somebody one thing that's what I expect no less

They have always provided me with a written document for the work that heeds to be done plus any work that should be done - including costs of parts/& Labor. If the timeframe even might have a delay, they let you know asap Overall - THE BEST PART IS.... I called for service and the guy in the phone gave very short, one word answers with attitude and proceeded to say they are 3 weeks out to schedule so I was like “okay thank you so much” and he didn’t say anything before hanging up on me.
