Paid then on time. Never showed ip for the whole month of October 2021 and has never responded to any of my emails or phone calls. Would not recommend then they could of at least mowed one more time in November to make up for nothing in October and they cashed the check loved my old mowing service but he retired. DON T. USE THEN. You will be very disappointed. Poor customer service

We hired Nick and his team this summer after getting an estimate and layout for landscaping.... they were able to fit us into their schedule in a timely manner. The work they did was top notch, FAST and reasonably priced!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!

*Rarely/never returned calls/messages despite reply on here which is further evidence of the gross lack of courtesy.*I used this service for two years for my parents home and getting ahold of someone was very rare let alone getting someone to call you back in a reasonable amount of time. Most frustrating is you pay up front for the whole season for them to cut your lawn once a week - in the last month they didn’t come for 3 WEEKS!!! Claiming it was ALWAYS too wet to cut the lawn. When I called asking if we would get any money for that time they never responded. Not very professional and not very reliable or consistent with communication. Would not recommend using them. They would not speak to me who was paying the bill for the service or share info with me that apparently was shared with me father who has dementia.- UPDATE per seeing their reply - I paid monthly for service for my elderly parents house. So to clarify I paid monthly and they didn’t come 3 out of the 4 weeks of the month of October and now they are blaming my elderly father for their lack of communication which is also very unprofessional. Also, details provided were never relayed to me during the course of service and as I mentioned they never returned calls or messages sometimes ever, despite reply on here.

Have used this service for lawn cutting and snow plowing g for the past view years and have been satisfied with the service. I tried to get an estimate for help with trimming bushes in the spring but no one ever returns my calls. I don't know why, I've always be curious and was never angry about anything. I'm disappointed.

Nicks contract states they will be out 3 times a day in the event it snows, that’s a lie, they do not. Long story short, they breached the contract. They ripped off a Veteran and Ashley told me they were refunding my parents the full amount of their contract, she never did. And they will not call back. They have been reported to the BBB and AG. We are also looking for more people to join the class action. We have a few already if you have been ripped off by this company and want them to be held accountable feel free to reach out.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Unprofessional. Sloppy work. Disregard for property. No responsibility for damages. Unpredictable.Nicks ruined my back siding. Nicks got so close to the siding that they broke the back faucet (which they replaced) but they also broke off my air conditioning exhaust pipe. They bent my gate to my back yard. They ran over my dogs lead. Would not respond to text or emails.THE WATER SPICKET, A/C PIPE & SIDING ARE NOT AT GROUND LEVEL AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTOS ATTACHED.They take no responsibility because they are sloppy when they do now. They do not move yard furniture nor weed whack under picnic table. Had no problem getting weed whack trimmings all over the side of my house. Sloppy work.

I use Nicks for my weekly mowing needs and they do a great job at a fair price and after looking through their website pics I decided to have him come out and give me an estimate for curb edging. He came out the day and time as scheduled. He’s a really nice guy. I am extremely satisfied and I think it looks amazing. It’s little details like this that make all the difference to your landscaping. They came out and did the work on the day they said they would and were in and out in minimal time. They left guidelines for me regarding my curb edging on what to expect and for care and maintenance. Anytime I have ever contacted them they always get right back to me. His wife Ashley is very sweet and thorough. I am a happy customer and plan on using them for many years to come!!

So extremely displeased with this company. My husband and I paid $900 to have the cement curbing for our back and side garden beds. The first thing we noticed after it was done that there was a huge mark that was very noticeable on the curbing on the side of the house. We requested Nick to come back out and look at it and we were told a rabbit must have bumped into it or something" and he said he would re seal it and it would be better. Well

We contacted Nick fo concrete garden curbing at the end of August. Set up an appointment for Sept.6 which they then changed to Sept. 7 which was ok. He arrived 15 minutes early and seemed pleasant and professional. He said he would send us a computer generated photo idea on how the new curbing will look with new plants. It took two weeks for that to arrive and went downhill from there. I called Nicks business and asked for a new quote w/o the plants or dirt due to the cost we just wanted the curbing and would plant it ourselves in the Spring. BOOM! Just like that, he refused to communicate with us. I was told he did send a new quote and it must be lost in the mail so his wife said Nick would deliver it to our home...he never came so we wasted over 6 weeks waiting. Now due to the change in seasons it is to late to contact another business . Now all my calls have been ignored and I have called 14 times and left messages. Here's the kicker...they did call a week ago and asked if I would interested in their snow removal services! Can't get much worse, STAY AWAY !! Sad thing is I believed in him, my mistake.

Asked for an estimate. Person that came was on time, friendly. Told them what we wanted done, he took the measurements. It was a smaller garden curb job, but I said I wanted our lawn replaced after the curbing was done and I moved the pile of stone on a tarp, so he measured our lawn. He said he would email the estimates. Very reasonable estimates.
