We highly recommend Echoing Green. From the beginning when Ayton came on a Sunday to do the initial estimate to the final installation, everything was done professionally to our satisfaction. Both Liat in the office and the work crew dealt with all our questions and concerns courteously.Several neighbours have stopped to express their admiration for the transformation of our front yard. At the very commencement of working with them, I was impressed by the excellent customer service, with the initial contact being with Caryn, who came to the house, and explained the process. I was also impressed by how easy it was to contact her, and how quickly she answered any questions. The man in charge of the installation was Joe, and he and his team were again professional, courteous, and skilled at their work. In addition to the artificial grass installation, they also placed a lovely stone border around my gardens, and the backyard looks beautiful. It is so nice being able to walk around bare feet on the artificial grass, and stretch out with the dogs as if it was carpet. Could not be happier, and recommend this company wholeheartedly.Peggy

After 4 years, my wife and I finally decided it was time for us to replace our weed filled backyard with artificial turf. Selecting Echoing Green was simple. Out of all the companies that we had asked for a quote, they were the only one that didn't give us a generic email or an astronomical cost without actually seeing our property.A representative at Echoing Green called us and asked if they could assess our backyard. Caryn was the first point of contact we had and she was very welcoming and informative. She took the time to inform us of what products are available and what she would recommend. She was realistic with timelines and it felt very personable with her.When the day came to install, Chris' crew was very professional and respected my home like it was their own. The company from the start was very responsive to our request with the quick review of our backyard and its needs. We were put on the waiting list with an estimate of end of May but they were able to accelerate it to mid-May. They were excellent in advising us as to what the process would entail. In reality the job that should have taken two to three days was done in one day as the team of four arrived at 7:30am and worked straight out till 6pm. They did a meticulous clean up job as well. The results look fabulous.

Our very active puppy stomped our lawn to death last year. It was muddy on wet days. It was dusty on dry days. We were just not enjoying the yard anymore, so we decided to get astroturf.Echoing Green was a great company to deal with. Very professional and accommodating, even when we made some last-minute changes to our plans. The crew was hard working and probably would have been done in a day, save for the fact that nothing in our yard is square and they needed to bring a different piece of turf the next day to finish the job.No more mud!! You can walk around barefoot, it's like carpet. The dog loves it. It can get a bit hot in the sun, similar to pavement. However, you can also set up a doggy wading pool and not worry about it killing the grass underneath or everything turning to mud when you empty it. No more having to hose down/wipe muddy paws before he comes into the house. No more waiting for fair weather days to use the backyard.We have a lot of trees in the back that drop leaves and debris onto the lawn, and we just sweep it up. We found an old fashion corn broom works best. Feels very zen when you do it.Really happy with how this turned out.

The “Crowning Jewel” to our backyard oasis! With having two dogs, it was a struggle for our lawn to ever meet its full potential. The Echoing Green superior artificial turf was the solution. The putting green adds a new, fun “station” to our backyard.Our entire experience exceeded our expectations; from our initial communication, to Caryn coming to our home to provide a quote, to Joe and his wonderful crew completing the installation! Everyone was professional, friendly, went above and beyond and were invested in our lawn meeting our dreams.I suffer from Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, which means I severely react to small amounts of chemicals in my environment. We were a little concerned I may not be able to be outside for days or even able to use the green. However, I have had zero reaction to this turf!!! There is no chemical scent and I walk on it barefoot, without reaction.We highly recommend using Echoing Green to enhance your yard experience!

We had a wonderful experience with Echoing Green and totally recommend them! Caryn responded immediately with a quote for our request to extend a dog run on the side of our house and replace the existing turf.Liat came out and finalized the quote and measurements within a few days and booked our project in just over a week. The crew arrived to do the work as scheduled and were very friendly and done within 3 hours. Our dog absolutely loved all the attention they were kind enough to give him. The turf looks amazing and we are so happy with the quality of the work. Definitely recommend!!

Great install of turf in backyard. Removed old patio stones and graded yard for level surface and wonderful new lawn. Dogs love it and all consults and crew were professional, on time and excellent to work with!
