The products are consistently consistent. The staff are friendly and well trained by their company standards.This particular location is overcrowded with product (typical of the time of year) and a little difficult to navigate.

We had to stand in line for 10 minutes to enter but when we finally got in we had a hugh selection. You know it's a good store when you have to pick the very best of the best. Prices were amazing. This is a must to shop at.

Not impressed with the staff at all. My experience yesterday was awful. My young friend and I made a trip for the day from Edmonton to go Chinook Mall. Saks, Nordstrom and every store we hit was amazing. Except Bath and Body works. Reena (I asked for her name before we left the store) greeted everyone else but not us and was friendly with others but cold towards us. After making a purchase, the cashier rudely put the product in the bag, her whole attidude was awful. Her dress was very sloppy, maybe she was tired. Not sure of why thier behaviour towards us was so bad, we were fine in the mall til that store. I would have walked out but my young friend really wanted the body spray. I wont be going back and will tell everyone of my experience. Hope they do something about thier behaviour. Karma always gets you one way or another....

Me and my mom were there for about 30 mins looking for what to give my relatives as she is flying back home. Line up outside was long but this male associate really entertained us. Inside, everyone I asked were very very helpful. BUT My very good experience took a turn when we reached the cashier and I asked this lady associate if she can put it in 4 separate small bags as we were giving it as gifts. We bought 15 items in total. She immediately said. No. Aggresively. Like she was mad at us. She said she cannot since they’re super busy and running out of bags (mind you, there were a loottt of small bags displayed right in front of us ) she said she can only put it in their LARGEST bag but can give me another big bag (2 total). The bags were too big so i asked if she could put it in 2 smaller bags instead. She still said no. I didn’t understand her reasoning at all, so i asked her “so I should have purchased lesser items then so you can give me a smaller bag? She then proceeded putting it in 2 small bags (i think she realized she didn’t make any sense). Then my mom told her “we are giving it as gifts for 4 people that’s why we wanted it in separate bags” she then said “well the bags are not for gifts” Which was very rude!!!!! I felt my blood rushing to my head!!! I let her go though. I immediately realized that I was the bigger person. If she couldn’t put it in 4 separate bags there was definitely a nicer way to say it but she wanted to be rude and made us feel like we were not welcome, i cannot help but feel descriminated. Other associates were very friendly and nice. Except her. I’d hate to come back and see her.

Always busy. But they have good deals

Well organized store with friendly staff and a wide range of products. These people really focus on customer service. The staff will provide guidance and even make suggestions on similar / complementary scents that go with the one you’re looking for. They take the time to walk you to each individual product and make sure you have everything you want before leaving your side. A very helpful experience.

Absolutely Love their 3 wick candles! My Son bought me one a couple Christmas's ago and you can not beat how the scent is there and still strong until the bitter end! You can still smell it when you clean it and use it for a container!
