AVOID!!! Total time wasters. Not professional in the slightest. Don't be fooled by the fake five star reviews, there is no way they deserve it keeping clients on the hook for appointments and then not showing up. Probably already out of businessand just trolling whoever contacts them. I'd rather electrocute myself (figuratively) than try dealing with them again.

A EVITER. STAY AWAY. Shamelessly charged 275 $ for 0 repair. All the service they provided was a failed attempt to locate a transformer in a duplex... all this after assuring me to find this in no time thanks to their expertise and that the cost would mainly relate to the proper repair. I felt cheated. This is my experience.

My close friend hired them to change a few neon fixtures ballasts and about 60 light bulbs. I took 2 electricians a day and a half, once the work was done he receive a 4000$ Invoice. Which is completely outrageous. Long story short, the dispute went to claims court and the judge ruled in favour of my friend who had offered 2000$. My friend did a little research into this company and they have dozens small claims court cases against. There’s much better more reliable, trustworthy electricians in Montreal. I’d stay away from these guys

I used them in the fall of 2021 and, while expensive, the technician was pleasant and did the job. Called them back to fix a/c and the receptionist said fine and took details. Guy gets here and says we do electrical work only, don't do a/c. OK, your employee made an error - but no. Manager wants to charge me nearly $400 to say they can't do the job. Technician was embarrassed and I settled on $200. Should have just said no. Turns out previous owner has sold the business and new guy knows nothing of electrical work. And it shows. Never again.

Lizotte Electrique is an excellent company. They are extremely professional and very efficient. When they make an appointment, they honor it... not like many companies who overbook clients and then leave them hanging. Our electrician was Philippe, he came to the house for two different jobs; he is extremely efficient, polite and his knowledge is impressive. I would not hesitate to refer this company and Philippe; will definitely use them again.L. St-Denis

I called this company because of it's good reviews and I was not disappointed. I got an appointment the day after I called. Dave was very nice and clearly knows what he is doing. Works well and fast. I had an issue after they left and called them back a few hours after they left. They were back to fix the problem within the hour and no extra cost. If you are thinking of having electrical work done I highly recommend them.

Chose Lizotte Electrique as they had many positive reviews and a high score. Should have checked if there was fake reviews to raise their score.They were available quickly and the staff was polite, but the problems start with Maitre electricien" Lizotte.What started as a $2400 turnkey solution ended up with a $4200 bill for incomplete work. Now I have a room with no working outlets and an electrical panel with no identified circuits.A "LB" that sells for $15 at the local hardware store and takes 5 minutes to install costs $75 + $96 labor

The recent freezing rain has caused our house not only loss of power but our electricity pole was damaged. I called all the experience electricians companies who can help with emergency situation. Lizotte was very professional and did an excellent job.

Unless you enjoy overpaying for minimal work and get yelled at by the owner, I would stay away. Arrogant, unprofessional, but I'll at least say he gets the job done. Then again, I'm pretty sure any other half-decent electrician could and still treat paying customers with respect.

Called them with a request to bring along a ladder tall enough (16ft) for a job in a loft.They got here 30 mins late, didn't have the necessary ladder. Started working on the installing ONE outlet.After an hour they delivered another ladder that still wasn't tall enough. Started making holes all over to realise it wasn't tall enough once they climbed it.Never calling them again and cut it short right then and there.In short I was charged close to 500$ for an outlet and holes in my walls.Tried to let them understand it was ridiculous but didn't fight it too much as they were a recommendation from my usual electrician that wasn't available.Wouldn't recommend
