If you’re a veteran and are looking to have testing done I would highly suggest Argus. Once I was done my test, Norma (owner), sat down and helped my fill out the VAC forms. She explained that if my application is approved, they can set reminders to come back for follow ups and she explained some of the equipment I may qualify for. Overall really impressed and appreciative of the service I received

Dr. Heidi Eaton has been amazing, not only did she show me the extent of my hearing loss, she worked with me to find the right hearing aids for my active lifestyle. After she fitted me and tuned them perfectly for me i enjoyed an immediately enhancement quality of life with family friends and at work. The helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism were amazing and i was extremely grateful for her help and insight. I assumed this would be the end of of this journey, until i lost one of my aids while out of the country. I had become so accustom to great hearing that when i lost the one aid, i felt like i lost my hearing. I was pretty upset so i contacted Dr. Heidi right away, on a Saturday, she responded within minutes saying don't worry

I take my Dad to Argus Audiology for hearing aids, and I love the way they treat seniors. They make sure they understand what they are getting, how to use them and what is best suited to their needs. My Dad couldn't handle the Ear Bud's so no problem, they fitted him with a different kind that was perfect for him. You will be in good hands with these wonderful people. My husband gets his there as well and like I said, no problem at all

Dr Eaton was knowledgeable, was able to quickly diagnose my hearing loss and prescribe appropriate solutions. Their availability for follow up and adjustments is outstanding - there are never any long waits and they were interested in ensuring I was satisfied at all times. Unethical. They are actually calling their client's emergency contacts trying to sell them hearing aids for their relative. Read that again; EMERGENCY contacts". Better Business Bureau will be hearing about this as well as the canadian audiology association."
