I had a one hour facial with Deepika Mani using Eminence products. I have had many facials all across Canada but Deepika was the absolute best! She was quiet during the facial which I appreciate. Besides the perfect pressure and motion, the thorough massage of the top of my chest and shoulder was heavenly. A variety of Eminence products was used and each one had a marvelous effect on my skin. I am going to make the Eminence facials with Deepika my monthly reward!

With the service today. I walked in the store and the lady behind desk was parking on the phone. I then wandered around the store for a few minutes waiting for her to get off it and she didn't. I then stood in front of her for another few minutes and she just kept on talking like I was not in front of her. She could have easily put the woman on hold that she was talking to but obviously chose not to. I eventually left the store because I wasn't getting service. There was no one else in the store except me . This can only be called poor service. This was my favorite healthy store but I'm looking for another one in the West end.

This is a privately owned health store and Wellness Clinic with hand picked products and we'll trained staff and practitioners. I always feel confident in the purchases I've made after receiving sound advice from the staff. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality health food products and services whether you are looking to get better or maintain a healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy their many informative classes.

Excellence advice and friendly staff, never pushy and they know what you need in regards to supplements, never trying to sell you something you don't need. I typically go there for the massage services, I always leave refreshed and rejuvenated. A friendly, like family, atmosphere, I always feel welcome there. Great place and Excellent pricing. :-)

I went there for the first time recently and was very impressed! The staff member helping me was very friendly and knowledgeable and sent me home with the greatest probiotic I've ever had. Almost 2 weeks in and I am hooked!

I was introduced to this store by my Mom, and I'm so glad to have finally checked it out in person! Excellent selection of products and wonderful Team Members! I came in with a list of products I was interested in, and Paul was incredibly helpful explaining which products and brands would be most beneficial. Paul did not try to up sell me or get me to buy products I didn't need, he was truthful and very patient with my numerous questions. I highly recommend this store, and I definitely see why my Mom has been coming here for so long. Thank you again for your help Paul!P.s. I know Kim, the owner and the staff, from a past employee and now, customer view point. They are all helpful and knowledgeable. I have always loved customer appreciation day, the last Wednesday of each month, 20% off. I recommend them to everyone. Awesome, skilled practitioners.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! Anytime I have a health related question big or small I know where to go. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, every time I walk in everybody greets me with smiles and are willing to help me. It's a great feeling knowing that these people know what they are talking about. And the best part is that it's a one stop shop, you can get acupuncture, massage therapy, reflexology and many other wellness treatments. I always feel happy leaving this place and feel that the employees truly care about helping me :) Big thanks to health matters team!
