Amazing service and staff. They were super communicative about how long it would be for the tow truck to arrive, and Bob even called to give me a heads up that the driver was close. When my car unexpectedly started the driver even tried to get in contact with me so that I would only have to pay for the boost.Will be calling them next time I need a tow.

There was not much damage to my suv when I left it with the police officer i had specifically instructed theme to use rotators my best friend told the cop only way its coming out is with rotators she works for the city and they destroyed it dragged It threw the water and up the hill cracked my frame in half pulling it over and off of the cement culvert. I suggest never let them tow your vehicle or you will be out of a car. This is not okay at all. They should have went back to the shop and grabbed the right equipment to do the job right. Tow trucks are suppose to care not do this. Even my ladder is bent and messed up.

After phoning Bob's, a tow truck arrived quickly to where I slid off the road. The operator was polite, kind and very careful when he winched my car out of the ditch. I've used Bob's towing in the past, and my latest experience with them has confirmed that they're the best in Sudbury. they were really quick sending a tow truck driver and when the tow truck driver damaged his tire because I live in little Italy and everything is really hard to navigate they immediately sent another tow truck driverthe other driver damaged my ABS sensor but again Bob's came through and did the right thing and agreed to pay to fix it.they do honest work and are very helpful

If you are stuck in the ditch this is the towing service to callI got a Corolla stuck in the ditch on a camp access road near Whitefish while helping a friend inspect their Cottage after significant snowfall. I requested towing via CAA app. First tow truck that came was unable to pull me out due to the lack of 4 wheel drive. CAA should have transmitted more information to the operator. I said the road was very slippery, narrow and step incline. Besides this minor hiccup on CAA's part, a 4x4 truck eventually got me back on the road. I think the driver's name was Devon. He was super knowledgeable and very careful winching the car out.10/10 Service. Highly recommend Bob's Service Center.
