Best dental do experience I’ve ever had! Ricki did an amazing job, explaining everything in simple terms, answering all my question and replying to my comments. She made me feel welcomed and they have the most positive environment. Very friendly and understanding over the phone as well. She did very good job cleaning my teeth and explained how I can take better care of my teeth. She genuinely cares about her clients’ health. I think what makes it a great place is that she loves her job and her colleagues!

I just had a teeth cleaning done by Natalie and it was an exceptional experience. From the initial greeting until the billing process everything was so pleasant. Natalie was vocal throughout the process and she walked me through what was she doing. She also provided me with education regarding basic dental hygiene, teeth brushing and flossing. I’ve never had an eye opener teeth cleaning done before. I could tell she was very client centered and was genuinely wanting the healthiest teeth for me. I already booked my next appt. 100 percent recommend!!

The road to finding Pacific Pearl Dental was a long one, it was filled with subpar work, overpriced bills, and pain! A flyer came through our mail, and it was of Ricki and Denise and their newly opened small business. My wife and I had a good feelings and promptly booked.From the minute of arrival, your greeted by a warm friendly environment and even more warm and friendly Denise and Ricki! Denise is by far the gentlest, efficient and thorough hygienist I have ever had the pleasure of getting work done from! I have crooked teeth and they have never been cleaner!!They strive to give you the best service while being very personable and professional. Natalie was so kind and understanding of my anxiety regarding sensitive teeth. She was careful yet I still got a very thorough cleaning and hygiene exam.I left feeling like I went to a spa for my teeth!Ricki and Carmen were also both top notch with the booking process and follow up. The clinic sent a pre-determination to my EHB so I knew what my coverage would be and they also direct bill.They will be my go-to for all my dental hygiene appointments from now on!
