We had a major water backup issue in our kitchen late on Saturday night. Within an hour we had a plumber over who went above an beyond and managed to clear our issue. Highly recommend and I know who to call the next time!

Had a sewage pipe blocked on a Sunday. The local plumber was away on holidays and after 15 calls to different places this was the only company in London/Grand Bend/Strathroy area that would come out. They came out and were back first thing the next day and fixed the problem promply and great guys to deal with. Half the plumbers called had 24hour service on their websites but they said that didnt mean anything as wouldnt go out

I understood that it took a week for the plumber to be scheduled in, to address the issue at my place. I understood it might take a day or two to confirm they had all the materials required to address fixing my sink. What I find infuriating, is that they never sent me an estimate, forgot about me for a week. Then once I called them to checkin, they booked in the plumber a werk later to finally fix the issue and the day he was supposed to finally come in, they cancled. He remembered what needed to be done and not wanting to do the work, blamed me for not mounting the sink. Which I didn't do, because he said he would do that.Almost a month after I called them, my sink has not been fixed. If it was too small of a job for then, that I would understand. However blaming me, wasting my time and lying to me about what was said is pathetic.Don't waste your time with this company.

We had booked an appointment, told them we were located 20 minutes outside of London. Day of the appointment, 30 minutes after they were to have been here, they called and said they would charge an additional fee for travel. Since they were already late and this was not mentioned previously we cancelled.

We recently had Practical Plumbing in to replace the faucet in our shower. The plumber was excellent and fixed some issues from a previous plumber's work from a different company. I'll use Practical Plumbing from now on. Their work is top notch and the price was very reasonable.
