Edit: went back cause this place rocks. Got smoked tail lights and darker tint. Professional work, fast, fairly priced and still super friendly! Absolute quality! If you travel with a dog in the back, get the back tinted.Was looking for a local Westbank tint shop. Found Protex (previously used Kelowna tint place). Based on reviews I took my Merc to them. Exceeded my expectations. Gavin and Matt helped me select the right tint % based on my needs and overall look of the car. Took me though options, showed me examples. I felt welcomed but at the same time uneasy. Why? Dealing with many small businesses in Okanagan I came to learn that they simply don't give a sh*t about customer experience. Well I was wrong. These guys are awesome humans, funny, attentive and willing to help. This should be a learning point for others. My car was taken care of, finished on time, exactly what I was quoted. Going forward these guys are my go to for tinting and car paint protection.

I haven't gotten any work done YET but the dude was very upfront and honest with issues about things I wanted done. I got an extremely fair estimate and I'll be back to get my windows tinted and some vinyl wrap.

Highly recommended! Gavin did a great job tinting the windows, tail lights, sideview mirror indicators and he also did an amber delete on the front headlights. It all came out looking great and changed the look of the car completely.

Gavin does amazing work, his attention to detail is second to none. Love my tinted windows and the protection film for my headlights and taillights - Gavin did my headlights years ago and they are still crystal clear and unmarked.
