Sourcil Au Fil West Island

I have been coming here for a little while now and when the owner is there she usually does a very good job, but I went today with another girl since the owner wasn't there and she did a very bad job. I asked for just a cleanup since my eyebrows are already thin, and she completely ruined them. They are thin, uneven and she cut them so bad that on my left eyebrow there is a dent because she cut it diagonally. My left and right eyebrow do not match at all and she did not know what she was doing because they have no arch and are straight and thin all around. I am very upset by my experience and do not think I will be coming back, especially if the owner is not there to do them next time. If you ever plan on going here, make sure you ask for the owner to do your brows.

I have been going to sourcils au fils ddo, for years and I had always enjoyed my experience… until yesterday. I left with so much disappointment. Not only were my eyebrows thinner than they have ever been but they are now two different shapes. The inconsistency and change over of the staff is annoying.

I usually like it here. But this time the lady doing my eyebrow made the gap between the two a lot larger. I asked her if she did something different and she just looked at me In silence.Really upset about how they look.

I felt welcomed and comfortable as I walked inside.This was my first visit to her salon and I am impressed with the service. It was incredibly fast, waiting time felt short (I came on Tuesday so of course it wasn't busy). I'm in love with the eyebrows, upper lips and the sideburns. I feel fresh, confident and my face feels much lighter. She did exactly what I asked for, especially when my eyebrows are not that thick - she corrected my uneven eyebrows and she did what she can to fix the other side to make it as even as possible. I feel a lot more confident overall!This business deserves more than 5*! If I can surpass it, I will. Affordable and will definitely come back on my next visit! =)Thank you so much!

This is the only place that can properly thread my thin eyebrows and actually get a shape without making them look weird or thinner than they are. I've always had the tinting done for my brows as well and very happy with it! Always polite staff and a very clean place. Highly recommended!

Daisy and the team over at sourcil de fil is amazing!!! I’ve been coming to them for years and I never leave disappointed!!!! Everytime I go Daisy is always soooo sweet and even before I walk through the door she is smiling and waving at me through the window while doing another clients service.The prices are crazy!!! Not crazy expensive but crazy CHEAP!! 8$ for eyebrow threading or 25$ for a full face tax in! They’ve been charging the same since they’ve opened and never raised prices because of Covid!Great service and chair side manners!! Would definitely recommend anyone to go see them!!!!

I have been growing out my eyebrows and before I sat down I described exactly what I was looking for. I walked out with two different eyebrows. My eyebrows are two completely different shapes, widths and arches. I regret this so much. Its impossible for me to fix and make up can't hide how ridiculous my eyebrows look. I am so upset! Would recommended going somewhere else where the employees actually pay attention to what they're doing.
