I have taken my dog Charlotte to Victoria for over a year and she is a perfectionist, not only using her skills as a groomer, but is also what I would call a “dog whisperer”. I’ve walked in once to find Victoria on the ground cuddling my dog and giving her treats, as my dog was initially anxious. Victoria emanates love for all her fur clients as if they were her own. Her place of business is spotless, and welcoming. I highly recommend Victoria at Tangled Tails Grooming Salon Inc.

We bring our furbaby to Victoria and have been for over a year now! She was recommended to us by a family friend and we couldn't be more happy with her and her services! Our furbaby had some truamatic experiences in the past and with Victoria he has gone from a hesitant pup needing a push through the door to a dog that runs right to her ready to give some kisses. He is a poodle mix with lots of curls and He always comes out looking well taken care of! I would recommend Victoria and her Salon, Tangled Tails, 100%!

I cannot say enough good things about Victoria. From when our overly exuberant doodle came to Victoria as a little puppy she's taken the time to make every groom an enjoyable experience. Now our big boy cannot wait to go for 'playtime' with his girl! Amazing service is given every single time; she always makes sure our rambunctious pup is groomed to our exact requests. Victoria is a perfectionist when it comes to grooming, her expertise is evident with every cut. Victoria is a joy and pleasure to encounter. The love and adoration she shows our dog is beyond words; I would NEVER go anywhere else!

We take our dogs (Willow, and Smudge and now Sprout) to Victoria and have since she opened. I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else. She goes above and beyond for us and love our animals as much as we do.

Victoria always takes the best care of our dog and cat. It’s obvious how much she loves her work and she shows that love and care for our babies every time they visit. She is always so happy and is a joy to deal with. I recommend Tangled Tails 1000% and I’d give 6 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Victoria is simply amazing. We have two mini dachshunds who are, to say the least, handfuls! I have always struggled to find someone who has the patience and understanding of dogs with quirks and behaviour challenges. Victoria is exactly what we all needed. She puts her heart and soul into her business and she is so empathetic and kind. She has made nail trimming actually an enjoyable experience now for our little men, and us! I cannot recommend her enough!
