I really enjoyed this recertification course. Our instructor Dr.Heba was friendly, efficient, patient and did the right amount of repetition to help us remember important points. Every time I take this course, I learned new things and it's really helps to feel more confident that I can actually help someone in an emergency. Thanks so much.

I took the blended CPR C/AED course and hesitantly chose Saturday for the in-person day. I luckily had Maged as my instructor and it is clear that he has a medical background. He was highly knowledgeable and was able to provide real-life applicability of the concepts and filled the course with laughs and much learning. Great instructor, and definitely knows how to keep his audience's attention!

I attended the First Aid and CPR (2 days) course. It a very useful informative session. Graham, our trainer, was excellent. He conducted a very interactive program with sufficient hands on training to help us learn, and be prepared, for real life situations. I would recommend this program.

I took the 1-day recertification in-class course and the instructor was amazing! Being a physician, he knew his material very well and taught us in a way that helped us understand the rationale behind first-aid and why certain things are done. He was engaging, passionate, and imparted a lot of long-term knowledge I will take to my workplace and everyday life. The pacing of the lessons were good, we had well-timed breaks, and the overall day felt like it was worth your time and effort. If I had the same kind of lesson with a similar type of instructor, I would 100% return and recommend to friends and family.

Raafat is a great instructor! He is very knowledgeable, patience and experienced instructor. He kept the course very interesting by engaging all of us within the class. I learned a lot in the class and feel confident in the life saving skills.

Graham was our teacher, he was fantastic. Lots of real world experience and teachable moments. To be honest I was not looking forward to taking the course but am so glad I did. Great 2 days packed full of laughs, and of course first aid learning left me wanting more. Thanks Graham
