4 stars for a good workout and kind front desk staff. Neither the front desk staff or instructor did any sort of introduction for newbies just jumped right in which left me feeling kind of lost during class. Also very limited space by the lockers, after the class ends you’re just bombarded with the next class members standing over all your belongings in the locker area. The instructor seemed nice enough, not sure if I would return though.

Attended a Friday class and I had such an amazing time! The space is very clean, the instructor was high energy, the music was fantastic and the icing on the cake had to be the disco ball.

Pros:- The instructors- The location, it's right outside the TTC station!- The types of music you get- You can choose between 2lb, 3lb and 5lb dumbbells. I like the options.- The selection of music during class- It's super easy to clip into these bikesCons:- It's incredibly tightThings that can be improved:- During the winter a lot of people do not remove their winter boots from the door to the lockers so there's just wet puddles everywhere and then you'll have wet socks…- There's not enough time between each classes so there's a lot of congestion. Unless you're more experienced clipping into your bike it really only feels like you have 2 mins to get situated- Unless it's the first class, all the classes after… the music is still blasting and the lights are kept dark which makes it hard to set up your bike and hear anythingOverall I'd give this studio 8/10 despite the things that be improved because the instructor and classes are so fun and that's what gets me through these classes. And hands down Erika is the reason why I'm still going, her selection of music is 100% what I vibe to.

Good instructors but a very crowded studo space with limited airflow. When it's full, it can feel incredibly stuffy.

Went to SpinCo Summerhill today and had an amazing experience, because of the instructor. Our instructor was named Max Carnella, and he was so inclusive, positive and motivating. A great class with a great playlist, and I will be definitely going back on a Tuesday night!

I am in love with this place! I have been riding there for years. Always left it feeling great and energized. very clean and organized. Friendly staff and great instructors overall. Amanda, Justin and Mat are next level instructors. Take a class with one of these guys and you will fall in love with spinning too!

Fantastic instructors and staff, but the lack of ventilation inside the class on multiple occasions has me feeling unsafe and wondering when this studio will have a Covid outbreak and if I should just find another studio. I’ve been to other fitness studios and it certainly shouldn’t be so hot and stuffy in the classroom while people are huffing, puffing and gasping for air (spin is intense!). I try to visit 1-3 times a week and about half the time the classroom is too hot. On multiple occasions there are people who have left the studio midway to inform the staff that it’s too hot - sometimes there’s no fix, and sometimes it turns out they forgot to turn on the AC... Just today, folks in the class asked the instructor to keep the door open - everyone said “too hot!” That should be a signal that something needs to be fixed, but unfortunately the problem has persisted since I’ve been coming here in February (likely earlier than that). I understand why they don’t space out bikes by 2 metres anymore as it hurts profits, but at the minimum I expect good air circulation. The instructors do check in to ask everyone if they’re okay - and to feel free to leave the class if you feel it’s too hot or feel unwell - but it shouldn’t get to those extremes to warrant a solution. Add an extra air conditioner, fan, or have someone check out the vents please. A bit torn as I do otherwise really like this place!

I went on Thursday, Dec 29th to the 5:30pm class. I’ve done spin at a couple other places, and i really enjoyed my first Spinco experience!! The lady at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, and the instructor was great. I recently moved to the area and will definitely be attending again!! Thank you Spinco Summerhill.
