I am leaving this review because I did not have an opportunity to speak with the manager at the time I was at this Tim Hortons. I came in briefly to use the washroom and although I wanted to speak to someone about, I was in a rush to leave and everyone was busy working.My issue was that the baby changing table in the women’s washroom is faulty because it folds more than 90 degrees which means a child could roll off! Thankfully I tested it out before I put my child on it.PLEASE do not be negligent and fix it as soon as possible or mark it that it is broken. Would have, should have, could have is the last thing a parent wants to hear.

They are sooo cheap! We ordered 2 medium orange-ginger summer drinks with less ice. At the drive-thru window the girl asked us if it’s small or medium. We confirmed it’s medium, she tells the workers inside that it’s actually medium and not small. She then proceed to explain something about they need leave some space in the medium cup because we are asking for less ice…. I’ve order the same drink in medium without ice and with less ice before and got a full cup… this is the cup that I got… they totally prepared a small and just transferred into a medium cup… cheap location!

Slow service but as usual best food in Canada! Why don't we have Tim Hortons here in USA? I will prefer this over Starbucks any time. Its affordable as well. Their refresher drinks are worth trying in hot weather specially watermelon drink. They need to improve the service lobby was almost empty all employees were busy on drive through (5 to 6 employees)

They don't give attention on people at front, looks like drive through is a priority, people are waiting here in line, your location is good for dine in, but there were never a single table that is clean. Try to clean tables frequently so that people can sit and eat.

As a food critic, I always strive to provide an honest and accurate assessment of the food that I taste. On my recent visit to Burger King, I had an okay experience overall.The Whopper, which is the flagship burger at Burger King, was decent. It had a generous amount of toppings and the patty was cooked to an appropriate temperature. However, I found the bun to be a bit dry and lacking in flavor.The fries were a highlight of the meal. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just as I like them. The onion rings were also well-cooked and had a nice crunch to them.The service was adequate, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. However, the wait time for my order was longer than I would have liked, especially for a fast-food restaurant.Overall, my experience at Burger King was okay. While there were some aspects of the meal that could have been improved, such as the dryness of the bun, the fries and onion rings were a standout. I would recommend Burger King as an option for a quick, satisfying meal, but with the caveat that there may be some room for improvement.

Worst Customer Service.I visited this place and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had to wait for an exceptionally long time, even though customers who arrived after me were served. I later discovered that my order had been cancelled from the screen after waiting that long. When I brought this matter to the attention of the employee at the front counter, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of apology.I tried her to remind my order which she didnt even bother to listen .This encounter left me feeling disrespected and disappointed with the overall service I received. Also noticed that the quantity of Tim Bits I received was fewer than what I had originally ordered.

I mean is this for humans or animals??Don’t they have knife in the kitchen and if lettuce is been served in this size then why cut chicken and other ingredients of the dish??The lettuce was also not fresh.If the employee who made this can eat the whole piece of lettuce then may be god gave me small mouth.If u don’t like ur work u should leave and give opportunity to someone needy.

Asked for cilantro lime veggie wrap and they gave me non vegetarian wrap. I only realized while eating that it has non veg inside. I am a vegetarian and it really matters to me. I was a regular customer and will never visit this location ever.

I’d say this Tim’s location is one of the worst locations I had ever seen. I ordered slow cook chicken wrap. After having 2 bites, I further unwrapped my wrap till half way and noticed there fungus sticked to the wrap. This is one of the most disgusting thing I could ever imagine. I mean the employees are literally working with closed eyes and not checking if wrap is edible or not. I went back and complained and they changed my wrap but this is error could have been avoided if they work with their eyes open.
