My parents and 7 friends (seniors over 70) booked a cruise through them, then Pandemic started so my parents and their friends requested cancellation. The airlines and cruiselines returned the money to this agency but the agency told my parents they will keep it as credits. Now my parents asked about the credits and they said they had changed ownership and refused to give the credits for future travel.

Don't use them! No customer service whatsoever! Book Direct! My Dad booked 15 people with this company, specifically with Christine Liu and it was the most painful experience we've ever had with any travel professional. After they took payment, any requests we put we got one answer Do it on ship." We had to go looking for different rooms and it felt like she was doing us a favor in changing the rooms over. It was never their responsibility

Booked a cruise with them to Caribbean together with my parents and sisters, yet they managed to schedule my dinner time different than the rest of the group, even though during booking we emphasized to have same dinner time and same table. As the other reviews said before getting your money everything is possible and after getting your money they don't care. Don't use this agency!

Unhappy experience. Once you booked cruise by U-Cruising, you'll lose all your right and benefits from cruise ship company. They stole all upgrade rooms from their customers.
