Chris was great right through the entire purchase process. He was very easy to get in contact with, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (Corolla Cross) and made plenty of time to go through a lot of the updated features before we left the dealership. I would definitely recommend seeing Chris if your in the market for a new Toyota.

It is obvious from the first time you meet him that he is not there for the spot sale but to develop relationships and long term business. Chris is a great product advisor at Alberni Toyota! He always responds quick when you need to connect. The buying experience with Chris is relaxed, easy, no pushing. He is respectful of the need for privacy when deciding on a big purchase, but Chris is there if you need him. Would definitely recommend buying your next car or truck from Chris. I LOVE mine!
