Took 20 mins to get a mcflurry...insane. Two families with big orders who came in after me got their orders first.. Another man was completely ignored at cash..nobody taking his order. Disaster.

Got my order after more than an hour wait. For I don't know the reason my order seemed like cancelled then they found it and tried to prepare it fast. Bread grilled black, meat cold and wrong orders!! Place to avoid.

I was waiting at the register to be severed but instead the staff was talking to each other and being on their phones while they saw me waiting. I ordered chicken nuggets and it was clear that they haven't cleaned the oil.

Bad experience ever on 4/4 around after 7pm. My friends and I never experienced such frustration in a McDonald's restaurant. It took literally 35 minutes to order a big Mac and small fries. The place was not crowded, and a bunch of kids were in charge. They're playing and joking all the time. I have seen no managers.

This place is an absolute disaster you can look at my review history I’m not one to complain too much but this place is an absolute joke it’s the only place where I order on apps like skip or Uber and get my order cancelled. I end up going myself and I have to wait 30-45 min for my order. Completely unacceptable for a McDonald’s to run this bad.

Wao.These kids working there are the worst of the worst.This macdonald franchise is better off closing.. I heard clients furious complaining on missing items from their orders.. It took forever to get a caramel Sunday... It was apparently ready in the back but never served to me.. When I got it.. It was half of it melting. Disgusting. I was not even given a napkin.. I asked this Arabic tall kid.. Can I at least have a napkin.. Ok he said.. While he was still laughing with another young girl employee.. Buddy, flirt in your own time.. Work is workMy ice cream was practically melted.. I just throw my ice cream out.. And took off.

I’m not the type of person who writes food reviews but I had to write this one.This is not my first time going there but it’ll definitely be the last. Upon arrival, we stood in front of the microphone and no one was there so we drove to the second window.The casier was extremely rude and asked us to go back to the microphone to order knowing that he could’ve taken our order then and there. We did and we asked to put a promotion code for our order. Long story short we ended up paying full price for the food and the cashier AND the manager Julie, didn’t want to fix the issues although we asked very nicely. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to eat in this particular place, the food tasted weird and the staff is rude. Eat at on your risk, this is what you should expect.

Screws up orders everytime by uber, in person it's very slow, hours are false they aren't open or accessible at 7am unless you have a car because the managers refuse to open the booth till later in the day. False opening hours advertising.
