It was my first time here with this chain. My feed back is that it's very clean and the staff were very helpful, they answered all my questions. I found the food expensive but the taste was very good. Homemade buns, hand scooped hard icecream shakes, and a lot of variety of burgers I had never seen before. I had the guacamole pepper bacon burger with onion rings. it's worth it to check it out at least once. I took off a star because of the price and another one because there isn't much for vegans, I wouldn't take the entire family for meals because of the prices, ouch. But treat yourself.

First time here. Had yummy chicken bacon burger, fresh onion rings, and milkshake with real whip cream. Friendly staff at the drive thru window. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

A couple of Big Carl's meals, with onion rings. We also shared some chicken strips. My husband is not a fan of chicken strips but he likes these...with honey mustard dip. The onion rings were hot and crispy, we both liked them. Our Big Carl's is alot of burger! All round good food.

I really like their crispy chicken salad, it's a great large lunch or dinner, But they keep messing up my girlfriends burgers, like 3x in 5 trips the last while. But they get 4 stars instead of 3 for that, because they do what they can to make it up to you on your next order. Still salty from having quite a few bad orders in so few visits, and they're always on take-out orders when we drove home and sat down to watch netflix and eat.

l think the food has gone bad at carl jr twice in a row after getting burgers at the drive thur my son and I get extreme gas and strong ordor when we go to the washroom they won’t get my business any more don’t want to get food poisoning
