Great customer service. My only issue is a lot of marked as new" guitars look like used models. Purchased a new guitar but had a few dings and buzzing but still sold as new. Takes away the unboxing experience and not cool for an expensive instrument."

I came in with a vintage Kent No. 545 Polaris II. I got excellent help that went far beyond my expectations. I wish I could remember the names of the people who helped me, but alas my memory has failed me.They gave me everything I needed to get this relic operating again. Thanks guys, I got it working, you were a great help. You have gained a new customer and I'll be back when I break a string.

Very helpful staff. The music lessons are great for my son. Convenient location.I bumped this up to 5 stars. I just had my son's guitar serviced and it came back faster and less expensive than I expected. He's super excited to show it off now.

99.9% it's amazing. Beyond amazing. Sometimes attitude of very very few staff can be misconstrued. It's the attitude I some how have a hard time getting over. I can never tell if I was the one who ruined their day or a customer prior. But it is still a great store! Full of knowledgeable staff who are more people friendly" you'll know the ones."

Generally, it is a nice spot for instruments purchasing. Lots of stuff and books for people who love music to rent or buy in.I had a really bad experience couple years ago. I was seeing the flute and try to blow it loud without touch the spot, they forced me to buy it even I have not tried yet.And my little body has put another one into his mouth, but did not play. And he did not request to pay the one he held into his mouth.I don’t like this spot from my initial experience. It looks they get fresh coworkers

I bought a guitar through the L&M website recently and my order was handled by the Saskatoon South store. I was grateful for the level of care their staff provided. As soon as the order was received, a staff member called me to chat about the order and to give some expectations about delivery time, and to offer reassurance for the way they pack sensitive items for courier delivery. All around, their communication was good, and I am more than pleased with the quality of the guitar that arrived.

Great selection of musical equipment both new and gently used for the musician in all of us. You may find the staff to be a little standoffish and unapproachable. The last time I was in, the store had no music playing at all which did seem to set a strange vibe.
