Garbage service, garbage customer care. They charge bogus fees that cannot be explained for. Use 8 year old technology and refuse to change it. Refuse to deal with customer issues. We cannot even watch one episode of netflix and they refuse to fix the problem repeatedly. I have called everytime we have an issue and nothing is never resolved. We pay $70.00 per month and cant even watch a movie. Such a waste of money and time calling to get no where. Always excuses and lip service but no results. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Had this service for a couple of years. Slow and terrible. Poor customer service. Switched to Telus only to be dissapointed again with false data charges and slowly lowering the speed to 1mbps. You will only get 1mbps out of hotlink.
