It was a great experience, the Owner Al made the whole experience very easy, the process once I chose the product I wished installed was very quick, the staff that installed the product were very pleasant, quick and efficient and the total installation was much quicker than I anticipated and they cleaned up and moved the furniture back as well. Overall one the best experiences in this type of situation that I have had to date. Many thanks to all the staff at Comino, I would happily recommend them.

Scott was very helpful and we picked out some very nice vinyl sheet floor and carpets for my lower suite. I get compliments on both. What ruined it was the installation. They didn’t do the transition from vinyl to existing wood and trashed the kick plate of my counter. OK I just fixed the kick plate but transitions are a bit trickier. They said not included because they didn’t sell me the wood floor so buyer beware of that. I made a deal to pay installer direct but when he came to install it he screwed up and cut it too short. Promised several times to come back but that was months ago so getting someone else to do it. Black eye for you Comino

Replaced the engineered hardwood in my house with Mohawk Revwood Plus laminate. Graham at Comino was a pleasure to deal with and no major issues with the installation. A couple of minor installation niggles cropped up but were sorted promptly and satisfactorily. Would shop here again for flooring.

I had an insurance nightmare floor situation that resulted in me being able to get new floors for my condo- Comino was the company hired to do the flooring estimates and product supply and I dealt with Budd. Honestly, from the get-go it was smooth sailing. Budd came quite promptly after my building management company contacted them for the job, and he got quotes out to the company very fast. He gave us very reasonable pricing for the floor we chose and was quite prompt in scheduling an install. Honestly no complaints, it's been a dream dealing with Comino and Budd and communication has been on-point. Very friendly, very professional, and would highly recommend.

Was very pleased with my salesperson, Bill. Never felt rushed and he took his time showing me what was available in the price point I was looking for. The installation crew, Sam and George were great and addressed any concerns I had. I felt they went above and beyond with little installation ideas, improving on what they were replacing. The only reason I did not give the 5 star rating is that they did not vacuum the carpet before leaving as I found out after that a lot of the crews do provide this service. They did leave me some nicely trimmed carpet scraps. Will be returning for future carpet purchases.

I never write reviews but I thought this experience deserved one. We chose a carpet from Comino and when Sammy and George came to install it, I disliked it (a lot) and asked what happens in this situation. They immediately stopped working, called Al Comino, and we went over to choose a new carpet with no hassles at all. Al was sooooooo understanding and patient with us. Fortunately we bought a carpet that had a great guarantee so we were able to select something else with no penalty. Sammy and George returned when the new carpet was ready and we are THRILLED with the new carpet. Thanks Comino!!

When picking flooring to finish our basement, we wasted weekend after weekend visiting at least 10 other flooring stores. We were misled, misquoted, and misinformed multiple times and started to get discouraged, but then heard about Comino from my wife's friend. Budd Anderson, salesman extraordinaire, has been working hard to find us what we want, at the right price, and has been doing so with kindness and humor. We are under budget on flooring because their prices are so much better than everywhere else, apples to apples comparison between manufacturer/style. We're talking in the $6.00 range for white marble herringbone good...usually $20-$30.We can't mention enough how much we appreciate his helpful advice at the free measurement, considering his wealth of knowledge amassed when he was once an installer. Every other company in town could learn a thing or ten from Comino. We liked them so much, I called Comino first when we had a commercial space to redo and didn't bother seeking other quotes.Don't waste your weekends, visit Budd and the Comino team first.
