Great service provided by the team at Honda Lallier. I first met with Alex Landry who was very kind and informative, he helped me acquire the vehicle I really wanted. Alain Carmel from finance explained everything thoroughly and was super informative. At my pick up, I met Alex Saba who once again explained the entire process and reassured me as it was my first car purchase.I'm really satisfied with the team and would strongly recommend this dealership.

Service is questionable. Bought a used car and was promised everything would be checked and cleaned before I picked it up. The windshield wipers had been completely missed (hinges loose and the rubber split in several places, led to a very scary moment on the highway over winter). Was reimbursed only a portion of the cost of replacing them when I noticed it away from home. Recently, I had my summer tires put on (had the winters installed on purchase). I kept questioning whether one of the tires was slightly flatter than the others. After going to my family's, my uncle tested the pressure and it was definitely lower than the others. Took it to a mechanic and there was a small hole in the tire. If I did it, I did it on the 24 min drive home after they were installed, otherwise it had been there from the start. The first thing was definitely an oversight that cost me. The second thing may not be obviously their fault, it's still strike two. I obviously don't look forward to the expensive oil changes associated with keeping the warranty but will have to go on faith.NEW: Found out at my first service appointment that everything that should have been done in regard to the car's maintenance had not been done (for example, the spark plugs that they quoted me $500 to replace). Having left a bunch of maintenance related fixes for the new owner to cover was not appreciated and I have now taken my business elsewhere. I paid $200 for new Honda spark plugs. If you still purchase a car from them, look at the maintenance list and timeline for the vehicle. Look at the prices quoted and check around.

I've always had a good experience at this dealership except for my most recent experience.Walked in 2 weeks ago to simply inquire about the new HRV if I were to trade in my current CIVIC and of course hours had then passed and was closing on a deal but then decided I would take the night to think about it after already giving a $500 deposit.I walked in today to get a refund on my deposit as I ultimately decided to simply keep my current Civic. But before that, I was questioned by the director (didn't quite catch his name) and salesman as to why I had changed my mind. Firstly, my initial intentions of walking into the dealership was merely for information. Not that I needed to explain myself further as to why I didn't want the car, I still decided to explain how I concluded getting a new car was not my top priority as owning a home was. The director then, very condescendingly responded so buying a house is just something that popped up overnight? It was not something in the plans when you came in last time". Very unprofessional on his part as I:1. Did not need to explain myself further after saying I did not want to follow through with the car2. It is my personal business and I should not be questioned on this matter by a Honda salesman.All this to say

Dear All,I am writing to offer a recommendation to avoid purchasing cars from a certain dealer. Recently, I had a bad experience with buying a car from this dealer and I strongly advise against anyone else to do the same.The dealer I am referring to is known to make false promises and exaggerate what they can offer to customers. They provide insurance that is highly overpriced and don’t give any real benefits or discounts. Additionally, even after purchasing a car, they fail to deliver good customer service experience.In my particular case, I purchased a car from this dealer with the belief that the insurance they were offering would be good for my needs. However, once I read the fine print, I realized that I was overcharged and there were a lot of exclusions in the policy. I felt cheated and strongly advise everyone to do their research before getting any insurance policy from this dealer.It is clear that this dealer is solely focused on making money at the expense of the customers’ needs. It is disappointing to have dealers who only care about their profits and don’t care about their customers.In conclusion, I urge you to stay away from this dealer and be cautious in your purchase decisions. I hope that this email will serve as a warning to everyone who is considering to buy a car from this dealer.

I bought Honda here. The door had a problem on the first day. The car still has a warranty. I called the store to repair my car. When I got there, he didn't check it carefully. Two employees already know that there is a problem with my car door. But the person in charge of this store does not want to take responsibility for this. I took two days off to solve this problem, but the person in charge did not even want to hear about my problem. I will report this store at Honda
