Great place to get a haircut

So a long time ago I use to come here often for facial and it was always great (that's the 1 star for) until i saw they do laser hair removal. I was young (under 18btw) and it was my first time getting laser so I really do not know how it works or how painful the treatment can be. And trust me! LASER HAIR REMOVAL SHOULD NOT BE EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL. But during my treatment I was squirming a lot because how painful it was and the technician (she's the owner I think) continues treatment without lowering the level of the laser ON MY BOTH UNDERARMS. I honestly thought the pain is normal because she said so !! But NO as soon as I got home I checked my armpit and SHE BURNED IT!!! I was in so much pain... all she said is put sa cooling cream like aloevera so i did and i still thought that it was normal and it will just have some scabbing. Then BAM years later and i'm still suffering from scars. I went to another hair removal professional which helped me get over my trauma and she Informed me that the person may not have any license to do it as they even have to give you consultation and explanation what the treatment is like which i never got from this salon. laser hair removal should not burn your skin! And please just stay away from this place. I'm really surprised that they are open. Guys save your money and go to a professional one.

The simple haircut (trim) was so cute and well done... And so quick! I felt great when I left. I understood that there is a difference even in trim styles between each hairdresser. I appreciate her warm personal advice & service. Cool lady!

Not a bad haircut but by far the worst experience I've ever had in a hair salon ... (spoiler alert: he cut my ear with scissors!)My experience here was bizarre to the point of feeling surreal. The place was completely empty, which should have been enough of a clue not to go in but I was in a hurry. There was hair everywhere, all the scissors and brushes had clearly not been washed, and the towels smelled so strongly of mildew. The man who cut my hair was visibly shaking for most of the haircut, to the point that he actually cut my ear and drew blood!! He didn't notice until I told him, then ripped off a small piece of tissue and doused it in hand sanitizer and wiped my ear off. He kept trying to use a dirty towel to clean the hair off my face and then would deny that it was dirty even though I could clearly see it was.Overall, the hair cut itself was not bad ($30) but I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Horrible custumer service ! owner is very disrespectful ! You get what you paid for basicly ! I asked for a light brown color, she gave me a dark brown and I had blonde spots all over my hair ! My hair were not even cleaned properly ! I looked like a racoon ! I cried and asked for my money back and the owner basicly threaten to call the police ! The owner is a horrible person ! Its a scam ! The people who gave a good review are probably her family ! Be CAREFUL !Thankfully I went to another honnest and amazing hairdresser who fixed it !
