If I could give negative stars review I would. Way beyond acceptable. Went into restaurant and was so bad. Tills weren’t working to start. Which okay stuff happens. So had to use tablets. Tablets are beyond slow. Waited at counter for food for over half an hour. I had to speak up and ask for new food because part of our order sat the entire time. When they remade the order they didn’t even remake the correct items. Food was still cold and incorrect. Never visit this location

Service slow as molasses. And didn’tCame in looking to get a cup of coffee. It took 10 mins to take my order and another 10 mins to get my coffee. I asked for large and ended up with a medium. Asked for double double and ended up with black.Didn’t want to go line up again for another 10 mins to argue. What a complete waste of my time.

I love the staff and love their friendly serviceI love how they're able to accommodate my dietary restrictionsI can't eat cheese so I always buy Dave's original combo #1 no cheeseExtra ketchupExtra mustard and mayonnaise and a medium fries with a large ice tea and Dave's special lemonade on the side .......I love how the food is fresh to be honest I was always buying McDonald's but eversince I started buying Wendy's I stopped eating from McDonald'sOh yah just the other day I tried there spicy chicken wrap and that had some fire heat kick to itThe frosty isnt bad I think I'll try there sundae the next timeBut overall great amazing service and fresh all the time

Just did a drive-thru order and man was this bad. Only two straws for three drinks.Junior bacon cheeseburger missing bacon, and very much cold. (We ate only a few minutes later)Two fries, both only about half filling the container. See picture of the fries, that are clearly not full. Are we rationing potatoes???Fries are cold and stale tastingServer never bothered to mark which cola is diet.Also while taking the order, the server seems kind of incompetent. Had to repeat the order more than twice. Seems like they weren't even paying attention.Thank you for your great service. :(

This location is slammed all the time. I usually go for lunch at least once a week, because the burgers are always juicy, and the customer service is bar none.This week, my co-workers and I went for lunch. When I walked up to the counter the cashier recited my order, which brought a smile to my face.As I was paying she asked if it was to go, or done in? I responded that I would take it to go as getting a table there can be very difficult.The rest of the gang got their orders in, and then the cashier did something I would have never expected.She came out and started herding people out of their tables, gathering unused chairs to accommodate the four of us, and clean everything.It was nice to be able to dine for a change, and enjoy our burgers fresh off the grill.

They were very understaffed so service was very slow. The food is up to their standards but I stood in line for 15 minutes before I could place my order.I would also not suggest using the drive-thru. When you exit after their window, it takes you through the Tim Horton's drive-thru line and nobody waiting for coffee is letting you through.

People working at the drive thru was lost. Didnt confirm my order and just handed me the card machine with the wrong amount. Then tried gave me a bag of food that wasnt even mine. Asked for a tray for my frosties and said they dont have trays but i clearly saw them.

I love Wendy's and Tim Hortons so it's great that they are right beside each other. My go to is their salad.Seating is very limited though. Lots of elderly who come here to drink coffee and chat with their friends.

Very good french toast sticks, although one of mine was so big it didn't fit into the dipping sauce. Great otherwise, good service, very happy
