Got the eadi platter, they didn't even ask me what side. I got 8 California rolls and 4 dynamite rolls, with 6 avacado rolls. Also the dynamite rolls were not rolled properly. Would not exactly recommend

Veggies were not fresh, I got the chop chop beef I always enjoy it from different location but here it was really bad I couldn’t finish it. So disappointed.

I was expecting fresh salmon but it's ok, the worst thing is a cabbage and mushroom is disgusting, I would prefer more different vegetables.

Noodles didn’t even taste cooked and I asked for them w e l l d o n e. When I ask for them to be well done, I want them to taste really cooked. They tasted like they were just removed from the package. The spring rolls weren’t even cooked either lol. Both cooks looked like they really didn’t want to be cooking my food because I asked for only broccoli, because I find the meal gets soggy with the other vegetables. This is the 3rd and final time I’m giving edo japan my money, seems every location has an isssue with cooking things properly. It shouldn’t be that hard! Refer to picture. Seriously, do better! Would like to note this specific location is always smaller portion sizes.

I chipped a tooth on a piece of glass or plastic in sushi. I phoned and gave the details. The manager called and said the owner would call the next morning. He didn’t but the manager called twice and tried to convince me it was rock salt that chipped my tooth. He offered me a free meal. When I went back to the restaurant the employee tried to give me free food but also called me a liar in the next breath. I walked away. Rock salt did not chip my tooth. I don’t know if the foreign substance is glass or hard plastic but there were other pieces at the bottom of the next piece of sushi and I still have it and the packaging my meal came in. I’m very happy Kinjo is opening in this mall.

Excellent food! The guy making out meal tonight was delightful. And it tastes amazing ! You should not hesitate eating here. I really enjoyed the whole experience.

Worst Edo I’ve ever been to. You guys need to take notes from the Chinook and 17th Ave SW locations. Pay attention to every little detail and most importantly be more attentive to customers, especially those standing in line. Your hot sauce is weird too. Does not go well with the food you’re serving.

Edo Japan has been a staple of the North Hill Centre food court for decades. They have locations in many shopping centers, and Edo is of my favorite spots for a quick lunch. The food is tasty, and the quality is always consistent.
