Super friendly and approachable people. I use them as my dentist because they take your comfort very seriously. They're always checking on how you're feeling and any discomfort which makes me feel safe to be in their hands. They're cleanliness is also great! Keep up the good work!

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because Arthur is hands down the best hygienist I have ever seen. He is incredible at his job which makes me even more sad I made the choice to leave this dentist.First off, I was called a year after taking my son (who was terrified after going) to inform me that I had unpaid charges that they never told me about. I paid $75 for them to barely count his teeth the day of and apparently they missed the other charges. They reluctantly waved this new charge after I informed them I met multiple other parents who had free exams for their kids at their clinic.I had a few fillings done by Dr. Nina which all seemed ok and she was quite quick. My issues started when a wire I’ve had for 13 years came loose. She bonded it to the incorrect tooth and didnt even fix the tooth it actually came off of. It broke after 2 weeks and When I went back in I informed her that it was never bonded to the tooth she fixed. She told me I was wrong and when I also pointed out she never fixed the original problem she told me I was wrong again and that I was “telling her she did her job wrong.” That came off 3 weeks later at which point I saw a new dentist at a new clinic and they said the quality of work was appalling. The bonding Dr. Nina put on my teeth was literally peeling off.I’m glad to see others have had great experiences here with other dentists but I would never recommend this clinic or Dr. Nina.

We have been going to this facility with Dr. Bolt as a family for 8+ years. They are fabulous. We have never had any problems over the years and the staff is always lovely. Our daughter is slightly anxious about going but Dr. Bolt always puts her at ease. I highly recommend!

Dr. Kim and her team are friendly, kind, and extraordinary when it comes to service. They were patient and amazing with our kids and made us all feel welcomed. I found the online booking system, and reminders extremely handy. The front desk team is accommodating, and flexible and made the whole experience from booking appointments to follow-ups a breeze! They go the extra mile to make every appointment exceptional!

Dr. Boldt and hygienists are great, however twice when I’ve been in I’ve been given a different dentist without them informing me it will be someone new. I hadn’t been in in years due to personal problems, and was informed that I had a cavity at the checkup, and I also was wondering about whitening a root canal. The receptionist told me she would apply for special permission for the whitening since I am on AISH but the cavity would be covered. She said she needed extra time to do this so she booked me a few weeks later. I came back and they sat me in the dental chair. The receptionist came in after awhile and informed me that AISH was not going through because it said that I had had treatment in the last 180 days. Well, I didn’t, because I hadn’t been to a dentist in 6 years except for two weeks prior for a checkup and cleaning. She asked me for an updated benefit card which I provided which had the same client number as they had on file. She decided to call AISH and sure enough I was covered for the filling but not the whitening. The receptionist should have done this before I arrived as she had said the first visit but it was clear she hadn’t. This is somewhat understandable, as sometimes things don’t go to plan, however the dentist (Dr. Nina) came in (not the dentist I was expecting) and reprimanded me for wasting an hour of her day. She told me I should have contacted my insurance company to see if I was covered. Well for starters, it is the government, not insurance, and secondly this is the receptionist’s job, not the patient’s. The patient doesn’t have the ability to run codes for procedures. She then accused me of having an expired card, which I explained was not expired because it’s the same number as they have on file. She then said “well I don’t know how it works”. It did not evoke any confidence in her as my dentist. I had to come back for follow up visits and she was trying to be extra nice but never once apologized. I will be finding myself a new dentist because this was a terrible experience but also I can not trust that I’m actually seeing the dentist I thought I was going to see. I’ve been to a lot of doctors in my life and have never been treated this poorly. Patient- doctor relationships are also important, and people should be asked if it is okay that they see a different dentist before they come in. Being passed onto other dentists also makes me wonder if they don’t want to take me as a patient because I’m on AISH and they get paid less. Wouldn’t be surprised at all.

Dentist accidentally filled two of my teeth together, then had to file down so much of my actual tooth to fix it. She also pushed back my gum and filled my tooth to the point my tooth is way fatter than before and now I have constant pain and swelling in my gums there. These were two seperate occasions because I gave her a second chance in case she was having a bad day the first time, but obviously it wasn't a one off

I have been going to Summerside Dental for years now and recommend it to everyone I know. I moved out of Edmonton about six years ago and STILL make the trip into Edmonton to Summerside Dental for everything dental related. Everyone has always been consistently friendly, helpful, and inclusive which is incredibly important when it comes to supporting your health. 10/10 recommend!

My recent visit to Summerside dental was very pleasant. The wait time was short, and the entire staff was very pleasant. The dentist took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, ensuring I understood every step. They patiently answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, making the overall experience top-notch.

While all staff on-site were very kind and the dental work went smoothly I was very disappointed with my recent experience here. I went in for a cleaning and then had to have some cavities filled. After two appointments I walked away with a MASSIVE bill. And that was after my insurance covered 80% of Alberta’s suggested fees. This clinics pricing is absolutely outrageous and beyond standard clinic charges. What disappointed me the most is that even after disclosing that this was my first time being at the dentist on my own, neither the dentist or staff explained their fee guide, the cost of the work I needed done, or if we should split up the procedures for those reasons. I am now in a horrible financial situation after getting my teeth cleaned and having a few cavities filled. All while having good insurance coverage. Warning to everyone before you go. I feel extremely mislead and taken advantage of. Will not be going again.
