We had Boyd’s repair our coo coo clock (replaced shingles on the roof and replaced parts inside) and they did an amazing job. It took quite a while for parts to arrive but that is from the supply side vs their service. Very happy with outcome and even happier to have our clock back in working again!

The lady behind the counter was very nice. We went in to get a replacement nut to hold the clock hands on the mechanism, and in less then two minutes she found the right nut, and even gave it to us for free.------------------------------------------------Edit: I can't figure out how to leave another review, so below is my new reviewI went in to get new hands for a clock and a motor. Within 5 minutes they had the perfect hands and a motor. The staff there are hilarious, I got a free comedy show while they installed the motor and hands.This is THE place to go for anything clock related.

The polite and knowledgeable staff at this charming boutique gave me straightforward directions on how to find the information for adjusting the moon dial on my Dunhaven anniversary clock. I'm still somewhat baffled that I was told at two different clock repair shops that the dial does not move and is just for show, and that it took a third opinion to hear the simple advice I needed to hear. I know where I'll be heading if I have any future questions!

Great people, great service! I went to get my late father’s watch repaired, and they were friendly, clear and upfront in explaining to me the process. It’s clear they care about their customers. If I ever need another repair, I’m definitely coming back.

Initially, my 1980 Ethan Allen Grandfather Clock needed service and I was told that it would need a new movement at $895 plus $450 to pick up and drop off. I was initially put off by that response, however, she called me and apologized for the abruptness and we have scheduled a service call to see if it does need a new movement. Well done!

I don’t know if I caught his name or I forgot but the guy that came to set up my inherited grandfathers clock was awesome. Obviously he’s been doing this his whole life and got it all tuned up. For $250 total I couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys so much for the great service!!
