Very professional. They offered me a ride to and from our home as my husband was away. They made a mistake with my address when picking me up but they weren't rude and also didn't try to blame it on me. LOL. Work done was great. They were able to fix more than they promised.

I was at work and was rear ended in my parking space. Called Intact Insurance and they directed me to CSN Glen-Merrit Collision. The Glen-Merrit team members were frriendly and professional to help me understand what they needed to do, to get me back into my vechile. It took a little longer than I liked, but we were near a stat holiday and parts had to be ordered, so that was the delay. The Glen-Merrit Team worked quickly to get my vechile back together and match the paint seamlessly and an added bonus of wiping my car clean. Thankyou

I had a fantastic experience at CSN Glen-Merritt Welland working with Duane and the reception staff. They paid attention to detail and kept me updated throughout all stages of my cars repair. It is a very stressful experience getting in a car accident and needing repairs done to your car, so having a team of people that that kept me in the loop, set me up with a rental car ASAP, and made my car look better than ever was so appreciated!

Highly recommend. We were so impressed and they took care of everything for us. We were dealing with an insurance claim and it was the easiest stress free experience possible. The secretary is awesome. We will definitely hopefully never be back lol. But recommend to others when needed. Thanks for everything.

They repaired body work after an accident. They were very professional. We took the SUV in first, to be assessed for parts needed, as well as a quote for insurance. Quote was done promptly. Took a while for all of the necessary parts to come in, but as soon as they did, we got a call to bring it in. The repairs were completed a week earlier than expected.
