Le Studio 105
I very much enjoyed my experience at Le Studio 105. There is something for everyone. I was impressed by how knowledgeable the teachers were and how true they are to their practice. Highly recommend this beautiful studio.

This studio is amazing! From the moment you first walk in and get greeted by the staff, to the attentiveness of the instructor in helping you choose your equipment, to the practice that’s always easy to understand and follow along, and finally, to the very end where staff warmly welcome questions and feedback -this place does it all!The studio itself is a beautiful space, open and airy. It’s inviting of mindfulness, which helped me quiet my mind while I was there and cultivate a deeper connection to my body.Can’t wait for my next class!

Amazing studio, amazing instructors, great class selection. Options of in person or at home classes! Happy, helpful, friendly crew! A great activity for all ages and skill levels! Highly recommend!
