The UPS Store

This has been my go to store in Uxbridge for a couple years. Prices are consistent and always arrives upon the date they were expected. My customers are very happy to receive their packages the next day.

Excellent customer service! I usually send parcels out west, and they box them up for me while I wait. It can't possibly get any better than this!

I’m happy to report that the very precious picture of my daughter that Darrin (UPS Uxbridge) packed and shipped to Arizona for me has arrived safely and on time. Thank you so much!

Absolutely horrible customer service. From this UPS Uxbridge store, I shipped a very time-sensitive package internationally using the top express package. I paid about $170.I was told the package would be delivered in 3 days, but instead, it took 15 days!They even misplaced the package internationally and had to do an investigation in order to find it! And they only did the investigation after I pressed them about it many times.They weren’t willing to accept any responsibility, and simply blamed it all on customs. That isn’t fair at all since it was only held in customs for 4 days out of the 15.They didn’t offer any sort of compensation, even after I pressed for it (for weeks). Do yourself a favour and ship with FedEx instead!

Similar issues to Thomas Anderson below. Except it's now 2 YEARS later and the incompetence continues.My wife just took a parcel there for shipping. No work involved it's a prepaid Amazon return. She got there, opened the door and walked in... another lady was there. Older. Told my wife there's no one there and she'd been waiting 10 minutes. They called out... no response. So they waited around for awhile and finally the guy showed up from a door at the back. They both asked him where he was... I had to go to the bathroom!" (angry.) My wife told him "you could have at least locked the door and put a note on the door saying you were closed for 15 minutes".He got upset and told both of them to go take their business somewhere else. (NOT nice. My wife is a senior and the other lady was older than her. Not easy to drive 20 minutes to another town to drop off there.Note: The other lady has had a lot more "exposure" to this treatment apparently. She told my wife the guy's father owns the location and the son seems completely uninterested in working in the store. And his attitude shows it.Might as well not even have a location in Uxbridge if this is what we're going to get.I really hope UPS head office reads these reviews."

Obviously they don't bother to update their posted online hours. Just drove to the store to get there for 3PM Saturday. Door locked Sign posted on the door says they close at 1PM on Saturdays.

Owner and staff are friendly and professional. In five years of dealing with them for various projects I have found the staff to always complete the work in a timely manner and at a reasonable price

Wonderful, helpful staff. I have moved all of my printing and shipping needs there.
