The front desk service is the worst I've ever seen. I had to call many times until someone picked up the phone. The person on the phone, her English is bad that it's hard to communicatewith her. Also, her attitude is rude that she pushed the 1st appointment to 4 months later. Without giving time to confirm, she hung up immedialy after told the time she can only provide. If not recommended by a friend of this experienced doctor, I would not want to go there for their bad service and no insurance claim.
