Potters Garden Centre Nursery & Christmas Store

Been a long time Potter’s customer but yesterday will be the last time I shop there after having to deal with the Manager On Duty for the Canada Day Long Weekend, Tia.I found her to be rude, confrontational and lacking any Customer Service skills, let alone any Manager Problem Solving skills.Maybe Tia was having a bad day, but if yesterday’s experience was an example of her “normal” way of speaking to a Customer than I am surprised that she has a job.She wouldn’t work for me.Mike DenisSurrey,BC

I have never been to Potters Garden Centre at Christmas time. My wife and I wanted to get more Christmas decor so we thought we would check out Potters. It was amazing inside. This place will totally get you into the Christmas spirit. I always get one Nutcracker every Christmas and I found one. My wife picked up several tree ornaments. This place is awesome.

Amazing products , customer service and plant knowledge! Today, I took advantage of the curbside service and sale, to get a head start on my garden. They were quick, safe and efficient! Thank you! Always enjoyed shopping here and will be back for years.

Awesome place for everyone who like Christmas, Christmas decorations, Christmas trees or something about that. A big parking which allows not to think about parking places and spend more time in. Prices are higher than around the town but your are paying to see everything what is possible about Christmas in one place.

Potters Garden Center and NurseryWow, a very large, neat and clean store.They seem to have something for everyone.  Even little budgie statues to place in your planter. We were looking for a stone bird bath and found a nice one.Staff were friendly and helpful when it came to holding, moving and loading a stone bird bath.Good size parking lot.

If someone was to puke up Christmas, this is what it would look like in a store! LoLThe staff are literally everywhere and are most helpful.Bring your credit card because the shopping is unlimited to your imagination.Everything that you could possibly think of in terms of Christmas Decour can be found here at potters !*** please remember that Potters is a nursery and this is their winter event! ***Do not come here if you are looking for dollar stores type bargain, although everything is nicely priced throughout the whole store.If you go online to their website, you can become a VIP and get 20% off your first item as well as weekly specials.

Went here for the first time this weekend to see what Christmas decorations they had. All I had to say as I walked through the door was WOW, definitely worth a pre Christmas visit. You won't know which direction to look first lol

***Note: We, generally, only shop here once a year at Christmas time, so take this review with a grain of salt***My family and I love Potters. Visiting Potters has been a Christmas tradition for my family for a few years. The displays are always a treat to look at, the staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the prices are fantastic. I can not recommend them enough. Make a visit to Potters apart of your family traditions as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely, love this place. Great selection, plus super helpful and friendly staff. I can never get out of there for under $200.
