Love the breakfasts but Campbellford line up to get in driveway was half a block long for the drive thru...definitely needs a new location or larger driveway so people that want to get parked and go in don't have to wait 15 mins. on the road to be able to get near the driveway.

I spoke with Angela this morning to inquire about a mistake I made on a mobile order.She was very courteous and cheerful which seems to go unnoticed these days.Angela was wonderful and deserves to be recognized.

Usually I have absolutely no problem with this location but the young girl didn’t listen to what I had ordered so I had to re-say half my order and she never gave me a chance to order anything else, then when I got to the window she was very rude n trying to rush me out the drive thru when I asked her which drink was different than the two others I had purchased. Very disappointed bc this was the one location that hadn’t been rude like that like others in town.

I went in at 1230pm on a Thursday, and can't get a coffee, because they decided they didn't feel like serving anyone unless they have a car. Worst customer service in town. They only serve coffee and bagels

Went in to get coffee 4 employees working. For this location- full staffed. All were focused on the drive thru and changing garbage’s. I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I had to ask for service twice before the someone helped. The manager (long purple hair) looked at me and continued to stir coffees. She didn’t direct staff to help (even after hearing me say “should I use the drive thru to get service?”) she didn’t greet or acknowledge me, nor apologize to me for my wait. Her employee eventually did. There’s a tim hortons 5 seconds down the street unless she’s a manager at both you’ll actually get service there.

slow this morning girl at the window had my coffee ready and then I looked at it for 2 minutes then she finally gave it to me usually the service is amazing

Richard is the best, I keep my seadoo there for the winter, pick it up and went to the water, the battery died, I call Richard he answer and told me to bring back my seadoo. He fix it very quick, my seadoo runs like new now. I will keep going back to him and recommend him to all of my friends.

Aim33 has proven to be petty and unprofessional at best. The way she treats her staff is embarrassing for her. She should not be in the position she currently holds. I hope the owners reevaluate their decision on keeping this woman employed at their store.The rest of the staff and service is wonderful.
