Hi all, I have contacted this company to call me back (date June 15, 2022) for duct clearing for home since I moved to a new place in Acton. This company was recommended by the home inspector ( who did the job for me and he is fantastic to work with) who lives in the same area of this company. When recommended by the home inspector i thought this company may be professional etc but turn to be i was wrong. I never heard back from them.I would recommend calling back the numbers when messages are heard. All the best for your business. I am getting my job done by someone from George Town. Cheers.

We were referred to Capps by our HVAC vendor - and boy are we happy! Robert arrived on time- with a friendly smile ( behind his mask of course ) and proceeded to explain the process to us. He took his time and cleaned our Vents ( which were terrible BTW - Post Reno Mess) and finished on time!! We were so pleased with his honest and professional work - we have already since referred him to our friends and family. Thank you very much Robert - oh and Cynthia is also very pleasant to speak with when booking ( Thanks for the appointment reminder) . We highly Recommend this company . John was great with his professional attitude, attention to detail and problem solving. He cleaned out our ducts post reno's without any issues. Solved our airflow issue to the upstairs and given tips on how to keep it running smoother. Kept us informed of what he's doing and how long it will take. Punctual on the appointment and execution, would recommend for sure.

From the get go the communication with the office was on point. Quick responses and able to answer all my questions before scheduling. On the day of service. The tech was on time and explained everything before starting the work. Once everything was done he took the time to clean up and to leave things as he had originaly found them. Great job and I would definately use them again.

Paul has done a duct cleaning service at our house twice now, and we can’t recommend him enough! Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The job was started and finished on time, he talked us through the details and any nuances of our house, and left the house absolutely spotless. He even checked and replaced the furnace filter for us - it’s a small touch, but it really shows they go the extra mile. They’re booked solid so you do have to schedule in advance, but there is a reason for it - they’re the best.

Paul just finished up at my house and I'm more than pleased with the service provided. He kept me up-to-date and showed me things that the previous duct cleaners did incorrectly he fixed them and showed me that everything was cleaned and properly done. service was very professional on time highly recommended don't waste your time with anyone else this is the best company for the job

We have used this company a few times and have been extremely impressed. They are extremely friendly, they protect your house using fabric and padding, and educate you along the way to make sure things are running smoothly when they leave. Awesome guys and very organized!!
