Definitely one of the best studios I have been to. I use tanning and red light, beds are great! Super friendly service and the manager is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend:)

Very unprofessional, they really do cancel last minute. After seeing the many poor reviews I still wanted to try this place out because I live close by. They have made my life real difficult! I booked an appointment last week and they canceled it one day prior, so I asked for the upcoming weekend but they had a mix up with who was going to do lash set (I had to pay significantly more) so I had to personally go there and talk to them because it was hard to communicate over the phone. Now after waiting a week they called me 1 hour prior this time and canceled my appointment again. Super agitating as it’s right before the weekend and now I don’t have time to schedule it with someone else. Customer service is very poor to say the least.

I showed up for my appointment and Amy didn’t know what I was going there for. Whoever booked my appointment did not tell her that I had already my eyelashes from before. I just needed a refill.I was booked for 2 hours and apparently there was still not enough time for her to work on my lashes. The lady that used to do them in Toronto would spend 30 min max on them.I was supposed to get a new volume set but there was no time enough. Then I agreed to do classic and refill what was missing, but she was not able to do it. She can’t do eyelashes, period.She even offered me to remove mine, go home, and come back another day. Ha!! Really? Over a long weekend?! I’ve been doing my lashes for more than a year now.After 50 min laying down on their bad, she apologized and said that she couldn’t do it.What a waste of my precious time!Never again!That place is not professional. There’s no communication among the staff. They don’t honour their word, and to me they just don’t know what they’re supposed to do.

I had my first set of eyelash extensions today with Sara. I was really nervous but she treated me with kindness. She has a really gentle touch and is very thorough. I am super pleased with the results!! Would highly recommend this salon and Sara.

I have been attending this salon for about 8 months and have noticed that the staff are always kind, friendly and knowledgable, but tend to be quite pushy when it comes to sales. Every time I attend the salon it seems like they are trying to convince me to purchase new lotions, goggles etc. or upgrade my membership somehow. This makes me very uncomfortable as I have a difficult time saying no and I don't have the budget for upgrades right now. If I was interested in products or upgrades I would ask but I don't like feeling pressured into making these purchases when I haven't expressed any interest. This salon is clean, close to my house and I've always been happy with my tanning results. However because of these uncomfortable interactions I often get anxious about going to this salon, which has led me to seek alternative options.

The manager, cancelled my membership for me and then charged me for another month without my consent or contacting me. I have been told numerous times that she will call me back and she has not. After the third time I called I was told she lost her phone. Staff is very nice but, often confused and unsure about the computer program or the company policies. Still waiting on the refund for the accidental charge and a phone call.

I like the business and haven’t had any problems except it’s irritating how they will close before the hours state that they are supposed to. Sometimes I’ll drive all the way there only to find out they are closed. Other than that no issues.

Got my lashes done here. I would not recommend you do the same. The girl who did my lashes wasn't very friendly, but the other girl working there was super nice and high energy at least. Anyways, I laid there for 2 hours and when I was done it didn't even look like I got lash extensions... There aren't a lot of lashes and they're reallly really short... As well, I had made an appointment a while ago but had to cancel it. They never told me there would be a $20 charge for cancellations... I only found out that there was a charge when I was checking out and she charged me $100 instead of $80. No one said anything until I actually asked why it was more expensive. Wasn't too happy about that extra charge... Anyways, won't be going back there, that's for sure.

I love my vitamin D and tanning helps my skin condition stay in check when I'm struggling with the damp winters and island weather. So happy there is a location on the island so I can use my 500+ minutes. Beds are always clean and lots of other options if tanning doesn't work for you. Love the location!
