Ian is amazing and has years of experience! He’s extremely funny and personable and has great prices. The Tai Chi classes are incredible for anyone with back pain or are looking to get and shape and his self defence classes are incredibly informative!

As a professional actor, who's worked with movement teachers, martial artists and choreographers, I will attest that Ian Sinclair is the real deal. You'll develop a solid foundation of grounding, alignment, and conscious movement through his pedagogy which can be applied to anything from dancing to chopping wood.
