This is a wonderful place. The staff are amazing. My grandmother was there in palliative care and they took amazing care of her. Thank you so much from me and my family

I spent the weekend at the emergency. You have to get upset to get them to listen to what you requested or they won't do anything. The staff needs to learn more English. I was lucky that one female nurse took the time to listen to me and felt she was great and knew what I needed to feel safe. The 1st doctor I seen was talking harsh with me and say things I didn't say and wouldn't take the time to listen. Thanks to the nurse from above I got a better doctor on Sunday. And because I don't like walking after dark they paid me a taxi home. I'd give them a 5 star if they'd had more staff that were English. Anyways....come on hospital at my age my physical and mental health issues are important and my French is not strong please get more English staff that can help us

Always exceptional and professional services. We have gone a few times for my sister in law hip surgery. All the personnel are polite and resourceful, especially the benevol! He goes beyond helping. And Dr. Deshaie, is absolutely exceptional wonderful doctor and person. Bi- lingual, friendly, listens and exceptional orthopedic surgeon!! Teresa should have always had her!

When I can get an appointment the doctors are wonderful and polite. However the nurses and secretaries are far from English friendly. All of the automated messages other than for the appointment center are all in French and spoken so fast that they are unintelligible to someone who knows a little bit of French.Been on a waiting list to see a psych for a very important reason that I can not list here. Had to to pay to see a psych for said condition elsewhere and I am STILL on the waiting list with no word from the hospital. I was put on a waiting list" to see a physical therapist for my back after a trip to the ER 3 years ago and I have yet to hear from anyone about it.I was scheduled for surgery on my ankle and I was prepped and waiting in preop for over 12 hours and was told an hour and a half after my surgery was supposed to be that it was cancelled and that I could go home.I have had plenty more bad experiences in this place than I would like to to list here. Enough that I now dread needing to go to the hospital out of fear of being ignored or worse."

After 5 hours, and only several people in the waiting room, still waiting. I wasn’t impressed when the emergency inscription secretary asked me if I am from Quebec! Did you not see my family name and my healthcare card? Why? You asked because I am a bilingual anglophone? Do you ask Francophone patients the same question? Is that an indication that you will pass me last or not provide me with quality care? I will soon find out. Not impressed. Maybe I should go to another hospital?

This hospital actually denied to check me after arriving on a ambulance made me tale a cab to another hospital where they finally took care of me rude staff unhappy workers worst hospital ive ever seen
