Richard, did an amazing Job installing my tub.It Works great, As a person with a SCI (spinal cord injury) being able to have a bath with the jets relaxes my severe muscle cramps and helps control muscle spasms, as well as helping me with my shoulders from me pushing the wheel chair all day. The only drawback for me was that the tub is an American Standard, which was supplied by Shoppers Home Health Care, the handle does not go completely down along the side of the tub. So I have to watch out that I don't hit it by accident and open the door and let the water out onto the floor. I would have preferred one out of his showroom since they are designed better but that was not the case. But over all I love it.Thanks for the professionalism and great workmanship

Right from the start, we could notice how meticulous and professional Richard was and all throughout the installation. He also kept us up to date with the progress and completion time.We are extremely satisfied with Richard's work as well as the quality of the material used for the installation and we love our shower. It's easy to use and clean, just a little step in and you're ready to shower with ease and ample room.We required a small adjustment following the installation and Richard was quick to respond to us and came right away to adjust.I strongly recommend Walking tub Ottawa and Richard for any of your needs for a shower or a tub, the prices are reasonable, the installation is performed with a high level of attention to details, and the follow-up client service is present and just wonderful.

After contacting every walk-in tub company in the city, we found that Mr. Mallette was more knowledgeable than all the other guys put together as he shared with us details no one else could. The best part is his amazing showroom with all the different models, the deepest tubs and the most functional product in the industry. They also have more jets that give us a full body massage. Thank you so much Mr. Mallette for the great job you did for us and it shows that you take pride in your business as you've spent alot of money on your showroom to help us make a proper decision on what type of tub to get.

We were looking for an option to make bathing our disabled adult daughter easier for all involved. We contacted Walk in Tubs Ottawa and Richard called right back. We went to look at a few options in the showroom and on recommendation selected to transfer tub. Very tight time between selection and install which is almost unheard of these days. Work was done over two days and installers were excellent. Clean and precise. Bathroom was left looking like new. Our daughter loves the walk-in tub and much easier for us to bathe her. From choosing the tub and options, through the installation Richard was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. He installed the tile and even a niche for bath products. We recently renovated our two bathrooms to install a “walk in tub” in the first bathroom and a “walk in shower” in the second bathroom. I contracted “Walk In Tubs Ottawa” to do this job. Richard Mallette the owner is knowledgeable, hands on, friendly and straightforward to deal with and is very trustworthy. Elvis the installer is excellent and does his work with precision and attention to details. Despite lots of demolition and installations Elvis didn’t leave any mess behind. At the end both jobs were done to our complete satisfaction.

Richard was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We went from a 1970s bathroom ... purple toilet, tub and wall tiles ... to a modern bathroom! My favourite item in the whole bathroom are the acrylic walls in the shower ... subway tile version. They even come with a built in shower caddy. It was a great solution ... so easy to clean!
