My experience at the Tillicum Location was very professional and prompt service. I was happy, I had a nice gentleman named John who made my experience worth going there. The front entrance desk was also friendly and helpful service.

Edit (I left without sining my name on anything they called me back n said I can have the discount)their alright peoplethis place charged me $413 to get two year's of taxes done but told me they were going to give me $150 discount and then DIDNT and said sorry it's already paid from your refund

Had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment to even see someone very slow service, why bother making an appointment when it’s not kept what a waist of my time! Need more staff
